Comfortable and clean hotel with a shuttle to the airport. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quiet. Everything was well maintained and cared for.

We didn't eat at the restaurant as the prices seemed to be on the high side. Otherwise, it was a great very convenient to the airport.

The hotel was excellent looking and clean. Convenient because it was near the city centre.

The location was great and the staff were incredibly kind!

There isn’t enough parking spaces. Every night we stayed we tried to park in hotel parking and it wasn’t available. Our bed was uncomfortable and pictures of the room online made the space seem bigger than what it really was.

There was no space to open the suitcase and it was small for two people.

The room looks old fashion. The mattress was hard. We took a breakfast once and some of the products were finished and not refilled. Some of the stuff has difficulty in English. They try their best but we expect stuff to have knowledge of English. Only one foreign channel (CNN) on TV. Like in other hotels in Japan the small size of the room forces the bed to be stuck to the wall on one side.
