Restaurant, rooms, sauna, gym - all in separate buildings. In winter it totally unconvenient. Also, you can count on sauna, but it can be fully booked. The corner room was cold inside, we had to sleep in clothes. Also, you have to pay for every service, which is typically included: breakfast, gym, sauna etc.

Nice building. Clean rooms with few comfort. Quiet location. Good restaurant. For 1-2 nights good value of money.

It is clean. There is a backyard. Free parking lot. Restaurant with excellent cuisine. Walking distance to the center.

Not every rooms have AC.

Noise pollution from the open air terrace, in the middle of the hotel operation, which was leased to a party for celebration. The 100-120 db with heavy drumbeats forced us to leave the room at 23:00 hours and look for another hotel. Despite their promise that the party would finish at 22:00 hours. The lady who made the promise wasn't around to solve liability and accountability issues, for which we had to return the next day to solve. Later it turned out that they sold the party location until 02:00 the next day!! The drumbeats from the disco could be heard at around 500-1000 meters from the hotel. Modus operandi Ungvarski: entirely focused on their own business and willing to cheat and lie to their clients. Clients are treated as paying imbeciles who come and go. They offred as a deluxe room, falsely pretending that luxury protects from noise pollution. Besides; no air-conditioning in the room, curtains were transparent and roll curtain did not protect from daylight, hotel is noisy because of lack of insolating walls and cars are parked in the middle of the hotel causing lots of noise from early leavers. They clearly suffer from an identity crises: between hotel operations versus open air discotheque.
