Absolutely gorgeous house! We had a very large room with huge copper tub. Hosts were very kind and allowed us to park our motorbike behind their own gate. Breakfast was classic Eastern EU, sausages, egg, bread, cheese, yoghurt, coffee and cake. Location is a little bit outside of the city in the suburbs - you can walk downhill to get there and catch a cab back for a very reasonable fare. True testament to "if you build it, they will come" - it doesn't matter if you are in the burbs, if you have excellent service and a stylish comfortable stay, people will come from everywhere.

It was very cozy and comfortable with amazing and hospitable hosts and staff. We loved the style. The room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was very tasty.

the best hotel I ever visited. perfect design which we never forget, very kind owner who change our booked room to better one :) we enjoyed also comfortable bed and bath tub :) thank you for everything, nice, incredible stay, we will come again soon :)

Beautifle terrasse and excellent breakfast. Staff was extremely nice and provided super help for what to see and where to eat in Kosice

Nice and tasty breakfast. The villa is situated in a quiet suburb about 15 minutes from the town, with bus. Comfy bed. And very pleasant family who runs the villa. I’ll definitely will return!

I have never been in such a place.
This place has a soul. When you enter this house you are back in XIX century. All is different than today. All your 5 senses tells you that you are back to the past. Host are very kind and hospitable. We felt they have a strong passion for what they do.

Beautiful location, right in the middle of a forest. Excellent decor and wonderful atmosphere. Very relaxing, the service was very good and friendly. one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Lovely decoration, the place is gorgeous. Rooms are cosy and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay. In a quiet location out of the centre. There's a cute little garden space to relax in.
Location isnt great. Taxis are only €3.50 to the centre but its a good 40 minute walk to the old town, so not for you if you like being close by or don't want to pay for transportation.
They also provide soap but no shampoo. Not a major thing by any means but handy for hotels / villas to have.
