El espacio
Nuestro apartamento contemporáneo, luminoso y espacioso tiene una puerta de entrada privada desde un pasillo comunal y escaleras compartidas por otros 2 apartamentos.
Nuestro magnífico apartamento tiene capacidad para cuatro personas en dos habitaciones, la habitación principal tiene una cama king size y un amplio baño privado (solo bañera, sin ducha). El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king size, está justo al final del pasillo desde el precioso baño con ducha, ambos dormitorios están equipados con secador de pelo parlux.
El amplio y luminoso salón está hermosamente decorado con vistas al mar, una acogedora chimenea de gas real para aquellos que se encuentren en la noche, smart T. V de 49 pulgadas con canales Freeview y Netflix y acceso rápido a fibra por wifi.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera-congelador, lavadora, microondas y tiene todo lo que pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones fabulosas.
Afuera, en la parte trasera, hay un pequeño y encantador patio privado, que atrapa el sol gran parte del día, con mesa, sillas y sombrilla.
Se permite fumar en el patio.

Well the property looks great from the outside, also in the entrance hall, nicely decorated and carpeted, good lighting up the stairs, lovely decor.Inside the apartment lovely and clean,a bit quirky, both bathrooms separate from the bedrooms, have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the outside seating area, very clean, very warm inside but not many windows that actually open, especially the one in the kitchen, bedding nice and white, plenty of utensils in the kitchen,,on the whole the apartment is great, struggled a bit with the stairs but got there eventually, would definitely advise people that there is no parking in the close vicinity, lovely location,2 minutes from the pier and the town, lovely pub across the road, absolutely great,if you have mobility issues then it's not for you because of the stairs otherwise fabulous.Many thanks, Jayne Taylor

Suprisingly large appartment. My girls loved it and were happy at the location near the seafront. They have actually asked me to book it for the same time next year.

Centrally located and within walking distance of an all main attractions. The flat is very well equipped for four adults and has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and modern. Highly recommended

We really liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with keys available via a lock box - and it was very handy to have two sets of keys. The location was perfect - only half a block from the promenade and close to restaurants, shopping, and the tram to the Great Orme. Despite being so centrally located, the apt was very quiet. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we had lots of hot water and good water pressure. We didn’t cook while there but the kitchen appeared adequately equipped. We really appreciated that the host provided clothes detergent, dish soap and dishwasher pods as well as tea and some sugar and biscuits. It was cool while we were there so the temperature in the apt was very comfortable. The apt is up one flight of stairs - we liked being a bit elevated. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Llandudno.

spent a wonderful long weeked at this great apartment, we have been going to Llandudno for many years and have stayed in quite a lot of b+bs and apartments but his apartment is by far the best we stayed in.The check in was easy we just followed the intructions given by our host Susie and with a minute we were in the apartment.The apartment is clean and modern and has eveything you need and has two nice size bedrooms with lovely comfortable beds and 2 large bathrooms with great powerful showers.There was nothing that we could not ask eveything was there for us and the location is perfect a short walk to the pier and promenade and at the top end of town a short walk to all bars and restaurants (we can recommend the cottage loaf for a lovely meal) and infact there is a bar and a seafood restaurant right opposite. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and will definitely look at booking again next time we are going back to Llandudno.

We had a great stay and loved the place. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything that you could want for a holiday. The location is perfect for exploring Llandudno and the surrounding area.
The host made the experience super easy, with great check in and check out instruction and was very helpful answering any questions

This property was perfect - so close to the sea, bright, clean, spacious and clearly very well looked after. We loved having our meals at the table in the window - high enough for privacy but offered a great view of the sea.

My Mum & I stayed for 3 nights! We felt like we were staying at home.. clean, well equipped for every eventuality. Iron, with board, hairdryer. Fully kitted out kitchen. We didn’t need to take anything. Our only minor issue was no terrestrial TV as mum likes her morning & evening news fix but that’s not such a bad thing in my eyes :-) Fabulous selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment & I can highly recommend The Seahorse for a fish supper. Literally 2 minutes to the promenade. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

A very well maintained and equipped apartment in a prime area of Llandudno, with the waterfront less than a five minute walk away. We stayed for nine nights, with scenic walks, restaurants, shops and local bus service all conveniently within easy walking distance. The train station is also walkable and has direct service to Manchester Airport and many locations in Wales.
The apartment itself worked well with adjustable heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen and good wifi. There was plenty of space for yoga movements and our things.
We loved eating our meals by the big bay window overlooking the street as we watched the street life of dog walkers, joggers, painters and other faces of a healthy community. Our host, Susie, was very responsive to our few questions, both before and during our stay.
We highly recommend the property.

Fantastic!
This really is a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, there is everything you could need for self catering plus some more. The apartment is very comfortable, plenty of seating for 4 adults and the beds are super comfortable! The apartment has been refurbished to a high specification. Endless amount of hot water and a lovely shower. The owners are very friendly and very responsive to any messages or queries. We had a slight problem whilst we were there and they couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely touches from the owners on arrival, a welcome pack of milk and cake, plus a bottle of Prosecco because they knew it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there. The extras provided (toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, hand wash etc) are a real plus for self catering. Everything Llandudno has to offer is on your doorstep. All in all a fabulous place to stay, we can’t wait to return.

Stunning Apartment with sea view
We’ve stayed at this apartment before so knew ahead of arrival just how stunning it is. Everything you could want is within a stone’s throw of the brilliant location, but if you want to stay in, the Owners have also ensured that anything you could want is also on hand in this beautiful, well equipped apartment. Didn’t want to leave and we certainly will be back!

Light filled, spacious apartment in fantastic location.
This apartment was only metres away from the sea (visible from the front window) and the tram station for the Great Orme. There were 3 recommended restaurants even closer in the same street ( booking in advance recommended) and the main shopping street was only a couple of streets away. The apartment was stylish, very well-equipped and extremely comfortable. It even had a small private roof garden where we enjoyed pre-dinner drinks. We had a wonderful time!

A fabulous apartment that is highly recommended.
We had an amazing time at this apartment, it had so much to offer both inside and out. The apartment is in excellent condition, the property manager (Susie) was great, always responding quickly to messages and being informative. This apartment comes highly recommended and we loved it so much we have looked into a return visit already, however, it seems to be fully booked on our preferred dates. The location is just perfect, there is full access to the beach, the promenade and some fantastic restaurants. The car parking arrangement works very well. An apartment not to be missed. A big thank you to Susie and David for allowing us to share their space. Certainly an apartment to remember. We may be in touch soon.

Property is nice and in a great location, susie's comms were excellent. couple of small points we are all a tall family, shower was very limited height that I could not really use it (I am 6ft 5), was not the biggest fan of the second bedroom being part of a corridor to the back door. But other than that it was very good, nicely presented and clean, would recommend it and use it again, location was excellent

Amazing Apartment
This is a fantastic, very comfortable apartment, finished to a very high standard. It had everything we needed. The location is superb. A few minutes walk to the Promenade, Pier, shops and entrance to the Tramway which takes you to the summit of The Great Orme. There is so much to do. We had great meals out at the local restaurants. Susie was so kind and helpful when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment 100%. We were very sad to leave.
