It's the perfect location to explore Arequipa. Rooms are spacious in a quiet environment. The breakfast is of good quality. The staff have a positive mindset, ready to help you when needed.

I stayed two nights in this hotel in two different rooms. the second room was a bit nicer than the first one. less noise, more modern. but still pictures are way nicer than the hotel really is

the hotel is ok, nothing to make a good remark. the check out was a bit weird, my reservation wasn’t in the system and I had to tell the person in the reception how much to charge me. while my taxi to the airport was waiting outside.

Room was excellent, staff all very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. And lots of places around the garden and terraces to relax. Couldn't fault the hotel.

The property is in walking distance to the Plaza de las Armas. It is a beautiful building with a courtyard garden. It also has a roof terrace with a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They were very helpful with any questions we had. the property was well maintained and very clean.

If there is anything, I would say the restaurant could be a little bid more organized. We had dinner there and it took the staff a long time to process the order. it got more confusing as more guests came. However, we had time and it didn’t really matter to us. The food was tasty

Arrived 8.30 morning. Had a tour at 10. Didnt get a room earlier just to freshen up while there were empty rooms Wooden floors. U hear every step of upper neighbours

I loved Casa de Avila! Arrived very early on an overnight bus and was greeted by Juan, a gorgeous ray of sunshine. For a reasonable fee, I was able to access my room straight away, which was exactly what I needed after a sleepless night. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The English speaking reception staff are all exceptional and eager to help in any way. There's a gorgeous courtyard decked out with tables and comfortable seating to enjoy breakfast and just hang out when you need some down time. It's about 10 mins walk to the main square and there's a great restaurant next door if you don't feel like venturing out. This is the perfect place to stay.

The hotel itself has lots of nice areas to relax and a great buffet breakfast, and is in a very quiet area but only a short walk to the central plaza. The room and the beds were very comfortable and the shower was consistently warm and with good pressure. The staff were very nice and made an effort to get up early for us to check in when we arrived early and helped us to book one of the tours they have available. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This hostel was beautiful and the staff was very kind. We had a lovely room, warm water and even a hair dryer. We even got a good restaurant recommendation. The bed was also pretty comfortable, we were very happy.

Lovely little B&B with a beautiful courtyard. Very friendly welcoming staff, great location to walk into the center. Had no hot water which the staff rushed to sort out.

The service is way better than the more central hotels we stayed. The staff is kind, smiley and helpful. They gave us detailed instructions ahead of time, sent us Whatsapp communications and helped us arrange a reliable taxi. It garden is large and beautiful. We enjoy a lot having breakfast and bathing sunshine in the garden.

The location to Plaza de Armas, the room and garden, the breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond to help me feel welcomed and cared for during my stay. I will absolutely be staying here again and have told all my family and friends about Casa de Avila. very nice hotel only 10 minutes walking to the plaza de armas. the hotel staff was very friendly and the service excellent. breakfast was good. you could have it outside in the garden, where it was also possible to relax. thank you for the nice stay!

The garden is very relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast buffet has more choice than in other hotels we stayed.

It really depends on which room you get because some rooms are smaller with an older interior than other rooms.
