The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, going out of their way to help during the political turmoil. They also arranged the day trip to colca canyon for me. Breakfast on the terrace is also very pleasant. The location is excellent - just minutes from all the sights.

My room overlooked a building site and could also be overlooked by another bedroom.

The room was not very clean, dust and hair. The bathroom was really bad with water everywhere after taking shower. I got a room next to the reception and it was super noisy. The breakfast was pretty bad. On the first day, I came and there was almost nothing left and I had to ask for everything. On the second day, the breakfast was not ready by 7:30 and left without it, though it was supposed to be served from 7am I believe.

Very nice stay. Quiet and cosy room with a confortable bed and nice decoration. warm shower, nice breakfast with buffet on the terrace (nice view of the city). Hair dryer is available in the bathroom.

They were nice to let us check-in early in the morning. A really hot shower was such a delight after a long bus ride. The hotel itself is established in an authentic building and super close to the Santa Catalina Monastery and Plaza de Armas.

The location is perfect, just near the Monasterio de Santa Catalina, one of the popular iconic places. The staff was very kind and interested.

Location is good, close to the Santa Catalina monastery and the main square. We checked in early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly.

They add a 10% service cost that is not included in the price from Booking. We can say nothing about breakfast because our tour was very early, but they did not offer one to-go.
