The hotel was fantastic, best one we had on the trip. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. To top it off the receptionist was so so helpful when we had an issue with a tour. We couldn’t thank her enough for her kindness and empathy.

Very central, very clean, with helpful staff, really hot water and wonderful breakfast . Nearby there are many parkings, if you travel by car.

location is perfect. very close to all places. the staff was very nice and called taxis and transport all day. breakfast with fresh eggs.

the room had no window. the breakfast was only until 9 am

Nice comfortable room. Receptionist helped us when we had a problem with our colca canyon trek. We received a small snack as a package instead of breakfast for our trek. We could also leave our luggage there.

The water in the shower had problems with pressure and the temperature wasn't very high.

Staff were very friendly and willing to help at any time. Breakfast good and diverse, overall good service

WIFI

The room was very modern in a great location, the beds where incredibly comfortable and the wifi was great. The staff were very help and packed us a lunch upon an early check out. Great pillows, clean room and modern bathroom. Lots of room in the rooms themselves.

The coldness room we have stayed in in Peru, we didnt ask if they had heaters so if this is an option it would help, so maybe check, but the windows are thin and let in any cold air.

Clean and convenient. The staff were wonderful. They packed us two yummy soups as we left for the overnite trip to Cuzco. They packed us two brown bag lunches for the Colca Canyon tour. Very nice people.
