رائع بالنظافة والديكورات والهدوء والإطلالات المحيطية وتنوع الطعام ولذته ونظافته وجودته وسرعة النت وبعده عن مركز المدينة وضوضاءها خاصة لمن يرغب بالهدوء وتوفر سوبر ماركت للمواد الغذائية ملاصقة له ويحتوى المبنى على سوق من 5 طوابق مشتمل على جميع الماركات العالمية من ملابس وعطورات ومطاعم وكافيهات.. وسرعة النت وجودة التكييف .. وتميز جميع الموظفين باحترافية العمل وإتقان فن التعامل الراقي.

The location of the property is great . The views from the room are spectacular. Especially the roof top bar has got a wonderful view of the city with some good music and food .
The escalator due to its height and speed makes you dizzy every time you get in and go up . The rooms are not very spacious and need some finishings and refurnishing .

The hotel has unreal views and feels very upscale. More than I expected to find in Hanoi. The Club Lounge is exceptional as were the rooms. Also connected to the mall was very convenient.
For me the location is far from the central part of Hanoi, but the hotel's grandeur and elegrance made up for that.

Selbst als Hotelgäste mussten wir Eintritt auf der Dachterrasse/ Sky Bar zahlen. Cocktails waren dann teuer und nur mittelmäßig.
Lage für viele Unternehmungen in der Stadt nicht optimal und mit mindestens 20 Min Taxi Fahrt verbunden.
Empfehlung nur für 1 Nacht für die Aussicht oder um in Hanoi anzukommen.

The staff were very friendly. Was a great location. The rooftop bar was excellent. Great view and had a libe band playing.
The prices could be a bit lower. We paid more for drinks and food than what we pay in Australia.

Should be have welcome drink ( water or something like that) for customers when check in. And Bar should be giving free tab water when customers drinking alcohol

Very nice rooms and facilities. Everything is being kept super clean. Breakfast is great as well. Staff mostly very friendly, some are not attentive but this cannot be avoided at such a big hotel.
queuing up for breaktfast in a long line should not happen in a 5 star hotel. If it is too crowded, then they should open up more space or offer to order breakfast in the café on 38th floor.

This hotel for all of its awards and acclaim had one of the worst attitudes and condescending tempermants that I have ever encountered at a supposed 5 star hotel. I would hope for better but I am left with a bad taste for the "Lotte" brand.

Location, room and breakfast
I have always enjoyed staying here as it has good standard.
However i experienced someone that should never have happened. The front desk staff charged 1 night instead of 2 to my card, but the invoice stated 2 nights stay.
I felt that this is so basic and there is no excuse for such error.
My advice to anyone staying in this hotel, check your charge slips and invoices carefully
