My purpose was work I have taken the breakfast but unfortunately I was disappointed with the type of breakfast was served not worth it. I will not suggest to take breakfast in Platinum Seventy

Location & the staff

Despite it was a non smoking room, there was a smoking smell in the room & bedroom carpet needs to be replaced, was smelling bad.

Location is very good staff are helpful breakfast is good

The parking is always full and very small for driving.

bathroom shower area like 2x2 ft need to request more than two times for an inquiry walking on the wooden floor make some noises AC caused some bad smell notice proof is poor

the services of the hotel was pathetic as the cleaning staff didn’t listen to customers and even they don’t care if the room cleaning sign is on the door. we went out leaving the cleaning sign on the door but we came back almost after 5 hours room wasn’t cleaned and then I had to call the reception to get the room cleaned. this was disappointing specially when you are traveling with the family.

Attention,cleanliness and quick response by the house keeping staff especially need to mention mr Rushdi was very helpful and friendly had helped a lot in every request with prompt response and the restaurant staff mr suhan was very cooperative
