Quiet. Private. Beautiful. Clean. Minutes from town, Russian River, wineries. Simple, well thought out design with zero clutter. Wonderful place to create family meals. A jewel. Not a party house! It would be tragic to hear of anyone showing up and trashing this place. The property manager was responsive, informative, and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will definitely be back.

The home has great style and a clean, modern aesthetic and an amazing pool (didn't need the heater in the summer) Everything was comfortable, spotless, and kitchen was well stocked. We made great memories of morning tea out back near the master bedroom, game nights in the living room, bocce ball at sunset. Only caution is to be careful with the neighbors. We accidentally turned into the wrong driveway the first time and the lady was very upset. But rest of the vacation was peaceful. Downton is so close with plenty to do including live summer concerts. Looking forward to our next trip!

My group and I had an amazing stay at Limerick Lane! We lucked out and the rain stopped for the weekend we were there and had magical views of the land all around the house! Everything was extra lush as well. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or spa though because it was a little chilly, but I hope to go back sometime in the summer!

We can't say enough great things about this wonderful Healdsburg escape. The house is super clean and better set up for a rental than I have experienced in many years. the expansive windows give it a great expansive view into trees and nature. In person exceeded the pics by far. The pool and jacuzzi heated perfectly and kids spent hours in them. The kitchen is very well stocked with chef level stove, appliances, etc. The heated concrete floors were loved in the winter month. The house itself sits down a country lane that was so quiet, night time star gazing pretty darn cool. Shante was very helpful and helped coordinate everything logistically. You are just 5 minutes from the Healdsburg Square with anything close by when needed but just removed enough to feel peaceful. A total gem all around, we will be back for sure. Much thanks!

From the photos posted on vrbo, we were confident we would be having a nice long weekend retreat with our family, but the place actually exceeded expectations. Gorgeous setting, very private, terrific house floor plan, lovely hot tub and pool, light-filled spaces, a family-oriented “great room” which was the hub of our dining, cooking and lounging experiences, and also important good wifi. The management team was oh-so responsive to questions we had during our stay —very impressed with the speed of return phone calls. Although in a very rural setting, the house is only a quick drive to downtown Healdsburg, which was very convenient for morning coffee/bakery runs. Additionally, this home was one of the best outfitted for a cook in the kitchen, with high quality kitchenware and just about all the kitchen accoutrements needed to pull off a family meal, which I find very rare in a house rental. One note of caution I would advise future renters is to understand this is a quiet cup-de-sac where homeowners protect their peace and quiet. We did not find this to be a problem at all. Just others should know this is not a place to book if the intention is play loud music outside by the pool. This is a serene place for rest and relaxation, not a party house. We would book again in a heartbeat when traveling back to the area.

The home and grounds are beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool and spa too. There was an issue with the pool/spa but the property manager quickly scheduled a technician and it was fixed the next day. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing wine country escape.

We enjoyed a lovely stay for 3 nights at this house with 6 people. The house is comfortable and very well located. We found it to be in a quiet area and in good, clean condition. The kitchen is functional for cooks, the beds are comfortable and showers nice. The property management company was responsive to all communications. I would stay here again.
We only found two items of issue with the house: 1) the dining room chairs are metal and very uncomfortable, and 2) we had trouble getting the oven to stay on (note: we did not contact the management company to resolve as we only cooked two nights, and the first night we thought the oven malfunctioning was a fluke).

This is an exceptional property in a very nice relaxing area. The climate in the summer is around 52 degrees or so in the morning and then in the 90s at noon and then cools down for the evening. Perfect. You need to open all the windows at night to keep the house cool. This works fine. I would mention that you can hear the trucks on the highway at night somewhat. It didn't bother me at all, but if you have to have absolute quiet when sleeping, then this many not be the place for you. I just loved staying here. The pool was fantastic. The house is immaculate. The only thing I found missing in the kitchen was an easy way to heat water for the french press I brought. The gas stove is a very high end Italian model. Oliver's is the place to get groceries. --especially the Red Bird bread.
