Podobało mi się, że obsługa była bezkontaktowa, wszystko było opisane w SMS, instrukcje były jasne. Czyściutko, dobre wyposażenie i super!

worse thing there was gas smell coming out of pipe. called owner and was instructed how to close the access so there is no leak and was told that nothing can be done at that time so they will address it when they can! needs renovation. no tea or coffee. not very clean. hair on sofa. dirty cups. hole in bed sheet. cold. overall bad experience I didn’t feel good and glad it was only one night.

It was easy to collect and leave the keys (after I called the owner, because they didn't provide the instructions). There was a parking space next to the building. It was an old historical building. The WiFi was fine. I did not like anything else.

The stay was terrible. The list of the things wrong with the apartment is long: the cutlery and crockery were dirty. I had to wash every single item before use. There was no dish washing sponge or dishwasher tablets. There was no toilet brush either... The freezer was broken: the doors did not close due to ice buildup, so I spent the first 10 minutes after arrival removing the ice. The furniture was old and creaky. The entire apartment was cheaply renovated with dirty pipes out in the open, different floor levels (watch out for the bathroom threshold: it's easy to break a toe). The windows were not airtight with constant flow of cold air: hard to imagine how cold it must be when the temperature drops. There were no curtains or blinds. The bed sheets had holes! The apartment is literally right next to a railroad track so there's noise throughout the night. On top of that, I needed to call the property to get the instructions on how to get the keys. They said that they already sent the instructions to my other phone number, which was an outright lie. It was cheap, but I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Never coming back.

there wasn’t any tolilet paper , no shampoo , no tea, no sugar , toilet half broken , communication was terrible , I wouldn’t recommend it , personal didn’t seem to be interested

The room is horrible, and for such money. It is super old, in old building with stairs (no elevator). Furniture was very old, the floor in the room was squikcing and felt like it would break any moment. The apartment is by train station and very noisy.

The only positive element is the convenient location not too far to the center (15-20min walking) but unfortunately too close to the railway line and therefore noisy, and the parking place

Extremely dirty and neglected apartment: uncleaned and mold in the shower cabin, dirty sofa bed with stains (dust and crumbs when we open it), pillows of the dining chairs with greasy stains, dirty oven which must never have been cleaned, like the greasy hood, unusuable rusty pan, durty inside the drawers in the kitchen, musty smell in the dishwaher, cobwebs, loose toilet flap. Damaged wooden floor with holes not safe to walk in, there was a carpet to hide the holes but it was still unsafe. Dirty walls and some parts broken. Squeaky bed. No light in the fridge. Neglected cupboards, doors are drooping and do not close properly. Sink plug is missing in the bathroom. Doors of the shower cabin don't open properly. TV was not working, no light and broken remote control without battery. Water temperature of the shower too hot and impossible to regulate. Very limited kitchen equipment and old. No small bowls and plates, no toaster and microwave, no coffee machine. I asked before coming if there was a coffee machine but get no answer from the property. Kitchen cupboards with lot of empty cleaning products... Noisy because of the proximity of the railway line, just behind the house. It was an horrible experience, we were supposed to stay 3 nights, but after one night we left the apartment, we claimed and sent pictures to Booking, but the property didn't admit anything, told Booking everything was fine and clean and didn't want to refund the nights not stayed! It's very dishonest. It's a shame to rent an apartment under these conditions!! Look at the pictures we took!
