The property was well maintained and clean. After a long, hot day outside we were able to come into a cool house due to the ac and block house. They had plenty of blankets to snuggle up at the end of the night to watch a movie.
The master room bed felt like there was a bump in the middle of the bed, but it was manageable. When we arrived, we had a difficult time locating the key box because we didnt know exactly what were were looking for. We would definitely reserve this unit again.

It’s tucked away behind some businesses and we drove by it several times before we found it. Once inside the space was great and was spacious. My group was super comfortable there. Great location - convenient to arches and convenient to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome spot with great access to downtown! Location is great for getting out of town and into the backcountry but also close enough to walk to most places in town.

Lovely design and set up. Very comfortable stay for a large group of guests. Nice amenities for down time. (Hot tub, fire pit, and bags)

Property was clean and as expected, but….both spare bathroom sinks did not work and one shower we could not use because the shower head was stuck shooting towards the ceiling. The master bath shower did not drain well. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced as you sink into the center.

Spacious modern clean place close to everything in Moab.

The location was a little hard to find but when we did drive up we found the house to be perfect for our stay in Kanab. The home is located on the north side of town but it's an easy walk to everything Kanab has to offer. We found the home very well provided with everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and was easy to gain access to the unit. PLENTY of space for a group of people. However, there was some additional cleaning needed and pest issues. Washing Machine was un usable and molded through. It smelled so bad of mold, you could see it. Standard care and leaving door open between uses will fix. Killed several cockroaches while in stay, including in bedroom. Needs thorough spraying and consistent pest control to prevent. Ice Machine was also frozen over. Items easily identified in regular cleaning between stays.

Great central location. Very modern property. However not having attached bathroom was bit strange. Why are they located outside the bedroom. Also as it is 3 bedroom apartment, we found not enough utensils in the apartment.

The proximity to Arches was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable and in walking distance to many restaurants.

Beautiful condo. Only issue was the limited parking. We had trucks and trailers and parked behind condo which was easy, safe and convenient. If the back parking were cleaned up, it would of been perfect. Will stay again.

We were excited to have this property so close to downtown. Our stay was not as expected or planned and we did decide to end our stay early for the lack of cleanliness and inconveniences we had.
While we were aware there was only one parking space, it is right in front of the lower door, so you hear everything the other party does when they leave or arrive. Our parking spaces were behind the motel that was adjacent to the property. This property was very dirty with trash from the dumpster strewn everywhere and was shared with the motel.
The door is an old storefront door, which is ok, but I think there could be improvements to put a real door on and have a passcode to enter the property. We had a regular key that had a lockbox in the entryway; not terrible, but definitely an area for improvement safety-wise. There is a door that connects to the upstairs if you are booking both properties and has a key box in the lower section. This door was unlocked when we arrived and did not get a response until a few days into our stay about what the code was. The manager explained it was a miscommunication of renter's needs, but no one reached out in a timely manner. We used the cornhole set to "lock" the door.
The property was not very clean with the front-loading clothes washer smelling musty, dust on the windowsills, heavily used plastic cups that were cloudy, debris under the beds and entertainment stand, dirty shower floors, dead insects on the floor, and we did have an encounter with two cockroaches. Since it was the season for them, the manager asked if we would like the property sprayed while we were staying there, but we did not feel that was very safe.
Many amenities listed could not be used if the upstairs was also booked. We had a cornhole set, but could not play it as the only space available was the patio outside of the upstairs apartment; same goes for the hot tub. We did have an outdoor patio with a pergola that was not super sturdy. When leaned on, the pergola and fence it was attached to would sway. We stayed away from that as well.
We left this property two days early after encountering cockroaches and not being able to look past the other dirty surfaces. We loved the idea of a large kitchen so we could make a few meals in, but we ate every meal out given the lack of kitchen items available for meal prep.
If you are looking for a quick stay, this would suffice, but it is not a clean, home-y property with any usable amenities.

Spacious and beautifully modern industrial
We enjoyed our stay here very much! Had a little bit of difficulty finding it initially with the road construction through town but once we got there it was excellent! Clean with all the essentials. The living and kitchen area was especially nice! Very close to Arches!

This was a very nice property with plenty of space, and with all the luxuries. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Everything was in good working order. The claw foot bathtub was great! And having a garage with an opener was also great. It is a quiet neighborhood, just what we like.

Bella Casa
We absolutely loved this place. It's a perfect place to get away and stay at. Its minutes away from restaurants, hiking, and all the activities that you might want to do. A great place for vacation or just a weekend getaway. We loved the hot tub.

Pictures are only worth a few words
The interior was outstanding just don’t look out the back bedroom windows. You’ll be rewarded with a view of scrapyard and a dumpster. Bring ear plugs or hope the upper unit is not occupied because you’ll hear every movement and conversation. Parking is convenient if you arrive first because there’s only one spot. That all said the interior was well appointed and clean. I’d stay again but in the top floor and only if the rear of the property was as well maintained as the interior.

Such a fun beautiful place! Great location, close to everything, beautiful furnishings and what a perfect space for gathering in the huge kitchen and eating area! Highly recommend and will be back to stay!

Really great space!
The space itself is pretty awesome really modern functional open space. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The only complaint I have is there is a rental unit above this one, you better hope your and the folks above you are in the same schedule. Because you can hear every step they take when you are in the master bedroom. Not a fan of the company managing it, my original request to stay was denied on a different rental site because not everyone staying was over 21, which blew me away since the words “family friendly” were in the title. When I told the agent there would be 8 of us and that not everyone was over 21 she just said sorry it does not meet the guidelines for the property, when I told her it was me, my wife and kids she proceeded to tell me “sorry you did not specify”....... my bad you did not ask I didn’t know it was my job to know all the rules of the rental.......

Almost perfect.
Close to everything, ample parking in the back for our dirt bikes. I loved that they stocked EXTRA towels. Clean, updated space, hot tub and fire pit were definitely a plus! Lot's of space for 8 adults. Washer and dryer worked great. On demand hot water.
I would have loved to give this space 5 stars but the noise from the upstairs renters/tenants was pretty loud at times. I'm not sure what can be done, it didn't really bother us until the last night when a new family came in with children, then we could hear EVERYTHING. There was also a guy maybe squatting in the back in his truck? He was back there every night of our stay, We were't sure if he was staying at first, but pretty sure he hadn't showered in a while.
All in all, great space, would stay here again. Debated including the noise issue because I like it so much but better to be honest I guess.
