Perfect location for everything including the Reggae and Ska festival. Added bonus of free parking. Room was clean and comfy. Tina is lovely and friendly.

Tina & Mick amazing hosts from start to finish, can't do enough for you.
Breakfast was lovely and very tasty, and everything is nearby just a very short walk to all amenities.
Would definitely stay again & recommend

Mick and Tina are very friendly and helpful telling us about all the things that were happening in Skegness.
The room was inviting and smelt so fresh and clean the bed was comfortable and we slept well as no rowdy people coming in late at night.
The breakfast was really filling and cooked to perfection.
We will be returning again next year.
Car parking was really good and felt safe leaving the car there and Tina even said we could leave our car there on the day we were leaving if we wanted to spend the day in town which I thought was very nice.

Fabulous breakfast and hosts couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom did the job. Location was handy for shops, etc, but on a very busy road, so there was some traffic noise.

The shower was ok but not very powerful!

This lovely place was nice and very comfortable to come back to after a full day of activities with a six year old. Location was convenient as its only a few minutes from most of the attractions. Surprisingly quiet nights despite not being to far from the town centre, pubs etc.

Lovely hosts, excellent food, comfy bed. Toiletries provided, hot drink maknng facilities, electric fan and hairdryer provided in the room.
En-suite extremely small, but a toilet/shower room available just over the corridor which was really nice.

We had another lovely chilled stay , Tina and mick are perfect hosts always smiling and helpful , lovely breakfast plenty tea coffee toast , everywhere is lovely and clean smells fresh ,comfy bed , plenty car park space we love it here and will book for next year again …

situated perfectly, within a short walk from the seafront but far enough away not to hear the pubs and clubs late at night.
the shower wasn’t great, water flow was poor.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay, Tina and Mick were so wonderful and help. They went above and beyond in giving us help and advice about our stay and made our first time to Skegness exceptional. I loved the homely decor and feel about the hotel, it truly felt like a home away from home. I've already recommended The Sandgate to my family and friends and should I return to Skegness will 100% be staying here! Thank you Tina and Mick

Everything we liked from arriving to leaving. Breakfast was great hosts welcomed us made sure we had everything sorted our parking and even let us leave the car till we left sun lunch time.will go back to them.

Clean and pleasant B&B
Problem with damp in bathroom ,but will be fixed not a 5 minute job, and didn't lessen our enjoyment.
