Quiet Location
Found expired milk in the fridge. No shampoo to shower. Only soap. No microwave. No bowls, plates, fork and knife. Only 2 spoon, 2 cups and glasses. No charging point on both side of the bed for couples. Bed is very uncomfortable and small. Only 2 pillows. No sink as there is no kitchen. Need to fill up jar from the sink of bathroom. After flushing the toilet it took ages to fill the water tank and the noise is annoying.

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly upon arrival and supportive when I requested Wifi access.
The location is quite far from town. There is a local bus you just need to be aware of the bus times. There is no late check in avaliable.

The bed is too small and not fix (looks like a kart) and the light with the wood on top of the bed prevents you from sitting

The minors where hard to use (very low), the facilities were tired and requiring moderation and the rooms needed spraying for ants.

The bed was so uncomfortable the tv was tiny, the room was average and no toaster to make breakfast.

The location is low key and was great for what we intended to do, this will improve when/if Shute Harbour reopens. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating.
The beds and rooms are dated but for the price was somewhat expected. The rooms and facilities whilst clean and tidy could be updated with modern TV's and paint.

The staff were very friendly especially the receptionist. The motel was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend.
The only negative was that it was a long way from Airlie Beach CBD which was a downside. Since, I was staying to socialise with my friends in Airlie at the night clubs and save money on taxi fares. I did not.
