駅近で徒歩でも電車も移動しやすかった。

部屋が少し狭く感じた、でもお安く宿泊出来たので仕方ないと思っている。

手配間違いだったけどスタッフの方が親切で困った顔をしないで部屋の変更をしてくれたのでありがたく思いました

隣の部屋の笑い声が聞こえて来るのが気になりました 笑い声だけで良かったですが笑

Good value for money on the king room, was around 5700 yen.

The bathroom had some sort of smell like it was coming from the sewer. It was really gross.

Staff, especially miss S.Kim, who helped us to book our next hotel since it was available only in Japanese on their home page. Good location, very close to the station.

Little bit older hotel. The room felt a bit outdated. A very high door threshold to the bathroom.

Near Kobe station and the Life supermarket.

The window shouldn’t be locked so as to change fresh air. The layout of bed, sofa and table is not reasonable for such a small room. The TV overhead the bed is so stifling.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Location was excellent and close to the JR station as well as shopping mall. The Harborwalk is an excellent area for families to walk around and enjoy the harbour view.

Nothing really major to complain about. However, perhaps more attention should be given to the coin laundry area. We used the washing machines multiple times and they worked well, but the middle dryer seemed to be either extremely inefficient or malfunctioning, as it was not able to dry our clothes even after running for two hours, whereas the first unit (on the left) was able to dry our clothes within one hour. Perhaps the middle unit needs some maintenance or the filters need cleaning.

Since it’s Near the station very accessible to all places. Easy to find. Great place to stay if your always on the go.

I only stayed for one night as my trip to Kobe was very short, but I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely consider it for my future travels. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was wonderful. The location was convenient for me. And it was pretty easy to get around.

The room was clean, staff were friendly, and the location is close to the Kobe Station. The walk to Harborland isn't far especially if you walk through the underground metro.

The bathroom was a little tight, and there's a big step down from the bathroom into the room. There's a laundry room but only 2 machines.

About the room I asked to non-smoking room but the room they provided was clearly smelled like tobacco. So we asked to change the room and clerk (she was nice and very polite) came to the room and take us to another room. She asked to us to into the room and check if its good enough or not. So we did and it was better but there was still an unpleasant smell we felt.... The room was clean but corridor floor of the floor was not clean.

Location is very good gives easier access to Station

The position of the AC in the room I stayed that was not quite right. The fan directly blew to the face and I had to cover it up with the paper to change the direction of the fan.

Next to Kobe Station. Easy access to everywhere in Kobe and parts of Osaka.

Pull out bed not comfortable

Staff were great helpful and freindly upon our last minute booking and late arrival, also able to speak perfect English. Very Large room good breakfast selection clean , robes slippers etc. Very good price also. VERY GOOD!

Nothing really... I observed; Large step up into bathroom and excessive gap at bottom of the door. Didn't really effect us but I thought it was strange! 2 4 foot bed pushed together was a bit weird in the room also kind of making 1 massive bed couldn't really figure out why.

The hotel is just opposite the harbour

There is no parking at the hotel itself.u need to park your vehicle's at the carpark at the temple.

the location of hotel is near the station only 5 mins walk from the station. the reception is on the 2nd floor of the building. the room is clean but they don’t have much facilities.

The hotel is very close to the Kobe train station and a lot of things to do nearby. This is a great location if you want to walk to Kobe harborland and other activities.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in, but I think it was from the pachinko building nearby. Once we opened the window and sprayed some air fresher it went away.

The front staff spoke English and there was easy access from the train station. Good size rooms.

I think for the price you can get a better hotel. A bit over priced
