Located at quiet side of Sannomiya within walking distance of shopping and food outlets. Rooms are of good size with separate toilet cubicle. Elevator/Stacking car park convenient and safe.

Huge, modern rooms with separate toilet and shower. Enormous Tv and wide, comfy beds. Nice sofa and chair to unwind.

The drier in the laundry room is too small as it’s part of the washing machine.

Location is superb, accessible to stations and restaurants. Staff was helpful, telling us the cheap and close carpark near hotel.

Location is very close to the main station (but not the Shinkansen station), many shops and facilities. There is a 7/11 convenience store almost opposite. Our De Luxe twin room was large and very pleasant, with a large window and natural light. Worth the extra payment if you have a longer stay to get the space.comfy hote

The breakfast is more suited to Japanese travellers - generous and lots of variety but not many choices for western tastes. There is no bar at the hotel, and no restaurant for lunch or dinner, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good location 3 blocks from main station, 3 blocks from Chinatown, across the street from a large 7-Eleven. Everything in room worked perfectly. Front desk was friendly and helpful, but little English. Room was super clean and nicely refreshed daily.

Bed was too hard. Breakfast was not good for most foreigners. The one western item, besides corn flakes, was watery, undercooked scrambled eggs . Bread was tasteless. We lived in Japan for 8 years and ordinarily we like Japanese breakfasts. But not this one. Service was good.

The hotel has everything you need. The room was on the small side but was comfortable and had all the amenities. It was a quick walk to the local subway which makes travelling easy. It was also a short walk to all the restaurants which made it an ideal place to stay.

It has decent facilities for remote work. The wifi is stable and easy to connect, has multiple coin laundry, and vending machine. It's also strategically located near Sannomiya station.

Chair is not that comfortable for working, which is to be expected. Double bed might be relatively small, depends on your body size. It could be crowded on checkout time. Might be better if checkout box is provided.

Superbly located and quite stylish (in a kitsch kind of way) hotel in the center of Kobe's downtown. Easy to reach from train station and bus stops near by.

Bed was comfortable

The room was not clean and i found thick layer of dust on several surfaces at eye height. In the bathroom and in the room itself. And the hairdryer was broken.

Spacious rooms and nice breakfast buffet! the amenities were also lovely. Overall great stay.
