Los restaurantes muy ricos y cómodos, buena calidad y sabor, amables los garzones y las anfitrionas. Los espacios comunes bien cuidados y hermosa la mantención de flora y fauna. las piscinas super agradables, en general todo super bien. Mención especial para DJ "Taquito" que hizo la fiesta y estaba dispuesto a todas las sugerencias, debería tener un espacio de mayor tiempo para animar las noches.

Considerar que la piscina donde está el BAR, debe tener "prohibido" el ingreso a menores, esto porque lógicamente hay adultos consumiendo alcohol y no pueden haber niños dando vuelta en ese lugar. debe haber un cartel o mensajes que diga PISCINA SOLO ADULTOS. Las habitaciones las encontré un poco "antiguas", sin batas ni zapatillas de levantar, ese punto puede mejorarse para hacer mas confortable la estancia. La reserva de restaurantes si bien es con QR, siempre están full por lo que muchas veces debes reservar con 2 o 3 días de anticipación.

Towards end of the day pool gets very hot even hotter than outside because exposure to sun.. maybe throw big ice cubes inside pool as a solution could help..also small things like long lines at the buffet entrance, no air condition in public restrooms...

Muy comodo, excelente ubicacion, que tenga lavadora y secadora y cocina completa lo hace muy conveniente. Regresaremos seguro!

El calor del estacionamiento jaj

Food was delicious with a wide variety of options at the buffet. Ozuna, one of the hotel staff, made sure to cheer me up with a surprise "Happy Birthday" written with rice on our hotel table after an excursion mishap, and the woman that checked us in upon arrival had a bottle of tequila sent up to our room. Those small touches along with friendly staff made the stay much better when I otherwise would not return.

The outdoor lights on the patio and around the plunge pool were broken. I could see my neighbor's pools and patio area lit up, but we could not utilize ours at night. Outlets were broken. Bed was hard. There was no iron when I needed it. Housekeeping kept forgetting to give us washcloths as there weren't even any in the room to begin with and when asked to bring towels, they kept bringing us the wrong thing. The alcoholic beverages are all-inclusive but are not strong enough to give you even a little buzz after consuming 3 calorie heavy drinks. The staff members that help with excursions do not explain to you that the ticket they give you is the ONLY way you will get to go on the excursion, so if you leave it in your room or lose it, then you are SOL because they will also not refund you.

La playa y la alberca

Era nuestro último día en Cancún queríamos relajarnos y descansar antes de irnos y decidimos quedarnos en este hotel la última noche (gracias a Dios que solo fue una noche) no pudimos dormir ya que la refrigeración del cuarto no servía, pedí que nos cambiaran de habitación y nos cambiaron a una PEOR! Tampoco funcionaba bien la refrigeración y estaba toda jedionda! Olía horrible la cama y las almohadas, estaba húmeda. De entrada la habitación se miraba limpia pero la cama estaba apestosisima a humedad. Preferimos regresarnos a la anterior habitación total que ahí andábamos en la madrugada yendo y viniendo y nosotros lo que queríamos era dormir! Porque nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano, pero debido a esta situación no se pudo. Otra cosa que también pasa en ese hotel es que andas escurriendo en sudor, porque en ninguna parte en sus instalaciones tiene refrigeración, vas a el bufete y esta sofocado porque el restaurante no tiene refrigeración vas al baño un minuto y ya estas empapado en sudor porque igual esta sofocado porque no hay refrigeración, solo tienen refrigeración dos restaurantes que son solo para cenar. Lo único rescatable para mi es su playa, la alberca, sus instalaciones de afuera no hay problema ahí se entiende que estas afuera disfrutando de la alberca y la playa... y su restaurante de ceviche. Pero es seguro que no volveremos a hospedarnos ahí, por la mala experiencia con la habitación y sus instalaciones de adentro sin refrigeración.

The food was perfect!! Our favorite restaurant for lunch was cevicheria and the Thai restaurant for dinner. I was one of the best Thai foods we ever had!!! The breakfast had so many options but after 5 days we didn't know what to get because it was same every day. The bar has a huge selection of branded alcohol and the bartenders prepared everything we asked for.

The second night of our stay started raining into our room on our bed at 3am. They changed our room immediately but the AC didn't really work in the new room. First it was freezing in the room and they didn't know how to fix it so they told us to turn it off which wasn't a solution because the room became super humid and all of our stuff was kind of wet. They never fixed the AC so for the rest of the stay the temperature was stuck at 22 and super humid.

The Fiesta Americana food was just as delicious as we expected! We ate at the Mexican, Italian, and buffet restaurants. The Italian restaurant was the best though. They have the best Caesar salad, minestrone soup, and raviolis. Forgot to mention the Cevichera where the shrimp tacos are cooked perfectly and their chipotle salsa has just the perfect amount of "kick". The swimming pools are huge with plenty of lounge chairs and always food and drinks nearby. We were here in January so the beach waves were a little too strong for our taste. Finally, the rooms and beds are very comfortable. It just took a bit to figure out how to adjust the room temperature, after that the room was perfect.

The restaurant reservation system is user unfriendly. We were lucky to find an employee who helped us with the reservations, otherwise we never would have been able to eat at the Mexican or the Italian restaurants! We tried to hang out in the bar before dinner, but the acoustics in there were so bad, we had to step outside to enjoy our drinks.

No juice in the refrigerator. I had also booked the room with a specific price at Booking.com two months before the arrival but when they charged the room in my credit card the hotel charged unexpected 280 dollars more. No one in the hotel was able to explain the reason for the additional fee and in the end I needed to pay this undue amount. This bad experience impacted my vacation and frustrated me, so I recommend to pay attention on what the hotel will charge on your credit card to avoid bad surprises…

Beautiful pools and nice beach area.

The room was very spartan…not enough lighting. There was no desk lamp near the bed. Most of the electrical outlets were unusable because they were too loose to hold a plug. We had to get an extension cord. Sea tower on 6th floor Ocean Front room was kinda noisy as the activities in the lobby area echoed quite a bit until near midnight. Rooms are not soundproof.

Check-in process is a bit long make you get what you paid for. If it is possible show pictures of the rooms you paid otherwise they will give you rooms that nobody wants.

The stuff is very polite and welcoming. Excellent facilities, the location very good.

I reserved a king room, and they gave me one with two queen beds, the air conditioning in the room never worked, they do not have service on the beach, the drinks are basic, They care more about selling the resort than about the guest.
