Not enough choice for evening meals if you wanted to eat out.Feel that beds and pillows should have mattress protectors on them.long waits at reception desk.

The pool area was great, facilities in the cottage had all you'd expect. There was something for everyone to do.

The activities were expensive. On our arrival day we weren't really shown how to get around and its a very large area. I think it needs air con, I understand why they don't have it but I had arranged to rent an Aircon unit on arrival and when we arrived they advised they actually don't rent them out.

Brilliant facilities and activities. They had reasonable pricing for activities such as bikes and boats. The Supermarket and bakery are excellent.

The bikes are very worn, and tyres are in poor condition. Broken parts are a health hazard.

The water park was amazing and cabins are pretty nice.

Beds were uncomfortable unfortunately no air conditioning which we didn’t realise and tvs need to be updated.

The swimming pool the shops.

I didn’t like the fact when booking we had to book two rooms although there was only a family of three which 1 room would have been plenty but on the booking form it would not let me book 1 room. So therefore I had to book two rooms which was a waste of my money.

The watermark and bakery were good

There is no staff available during peek hours. We called the welcomed center plenty of time and never got any kind of response

Location, facilities, food options all great. Regular local bus to parks start at 5am Prices in food store and restaurants very reasonable Bakery is amazing

The pool is amazing, the location brilliant perfect for a family trip to Disneyland. The cottage was decent and clean, comfortable. Was it value for the money? Not really, slightly overpriced (probably because of the location) but still enjoyed the place.

The property is alright, a problem is with some members of the staff (especially the security guy at the pool) . Rude behaviour, unhelpful and treating people like intruders to a place they pay large amounts to be in. The floors at the pool are quite slippery because they aren’t cleaned on time or properly (fell 2 times). Although I would say these are minor issues but I would recommend you learn french before going there( many staff members don’t speak or pretend not to understand English and will ignore you if you don’t speak in French) .

Clean, amazing pool, great location for Disneyland

Checking in was a bit of a nightmare as Google maps takes you to the day visitor entrance. Air con would have been nice.

The pools were fantastic, the supermarket was convenient, the area was lovely to walk around and the setting was calm.

The bed was hard as a plank and very uncomfortable with both of us having restless sleep and waking with back ache. Linked to this the only fan for the whole apartment was a small deskfan and with the windows only able to be open a small amount, made the room very hot. We were given 2 small pillows the size of cushions on the bed, luckily we stumbled across a room with spare pillows and borrowed an extra 2 but these really should be provided in the room. We travelled by train from the uk and then taxi, when checking in with our luggage their was no offer to help with bags nor any suggestion of trollies to use to get to our walk from reception to our apartment in the baking sun and after a long days travel. Customer service could be improved. We later found by accident a luggage trolley which we used on leaving but made it even worse that these were not offered when checking in. Although we are middle aged, I am disabled and as not all disabilities are visible it was wrong to assume we were capable of the long walk with all our luggage if options to make life easier were available. The kitchen did not have many utensils for cooking, although basics were there, it would be useful to add tongs and an egg lifter/spatula. We purchased sugar and condiments, and then had to leave what we couldnt use, made us think of the waste generated by ourselves and future guests. Not sure if there is something that could be added as smaller packets or sachets to purchase as you need to avoid food waste on basic items like salt, pepper, butter, sugar. Also loved all the ducks and swans, would be nice to be able to purchase duck food from the welcome room to feed them.

the concept is great but poorly executed.

no service at all or very rude. we booked a VIP cottages and we were on the edge of the village, very very very far away of everything. NO AC, the jacuzzi didn’t work and a terrible smell in the kids bedroom.

Loved our stay, we have now been twice and would love to make this a tradition 🥰

unfortunately it was already older and the wear and tear was visible. especially the VIP cottage bathtub with the jacuzzi was very old and just produced old dirt out of the jets…

Accommodation was great had everything we needed.Best pool facility and so much more for the children besides. Wish we could have stayed longer to make full use of them.will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Facilities, pool and lazy river, back to nature.

24 hours with no hot water, 2 properties were 10 minute walk apart, cleaning the property myself prior to leaving. Some restaurants closed at 20:00 hours, too early.

Stunning location and site design. The pool complex was excellent, site facilities were great and very convenient for Disneyland

A better equipped kitchen in apartment would have helped and more onsite restaurant's
