Nothing to like to be honest I will advise anyone to be very careful before book or try not to as cleaning it’s a big issue , from pictures looks good but in reality not clean at all everywhere it’s dusty and dirty kitchen living bedrooms and toilets …. Bed sheets very smelly towels doesn’t smell good too dirty walls and all around the skirting corner , all windows are very fi and lots of marks disgusting also from others reviews most of the people mentioned cleaning issues and owner should do something

We had an amazing stay at Bedland. The location is perfect to get into disney cost €13 in a taxi. The kids loved the disney themed bedroom and the pool table. The apartment was clean and plenty of space (there was I of us).

Missing bedding for the baby cot. Owner notified and a promise given to supply it but that was not kept. Dishwasher did not close so wouldn't start. Bad smell in the bathrooms.

it is torn and was not very clean. you don’t know who else has the room code so room safety is a bit ambiguous. no A/C.

a lot of extra things (filled fruit bowl), kitchen equipment was pretty decked out. Nice overall vibe. I would definitely recommend this place if you intend to visit Euro Disney. Location is great to park your car outside.

wasn't so keen on the hardness of the mattress but that's a personal preference and not to the owner's fault.

the property was well kept very clean, had most of utilities required for a family of 8 loved the deco and set up very modern yet cozy and family oriented

having only one toilet was a struggle sometimes with 5children and adults, but we still made it work

The host is really helpful and good communication. The beds are comfortable. Next time if i go with my family only, i will absolutely stay there again.

We have 8 people and there just have 1 toilet, that made us very inconvenienced.

Internet was practically unusable. Cant stream anything. I expect atleast 50mbps steady connection nowadays. Shower heads were subpar. I recomend switching them with hansgrohe. No drain in bathtub room - leads to accumulation of water on the floor. Toilet kind of tight but i guess it's common for France.

Clean and very nice appartment. Quiet location, very close to bus station which drives to Disney. Great host.

Very nice apartment, and very nice location. Our kids liked very much their disney themed beds and room full of toys. Bathrooms were good sized and equiped. Very close to Disneyland, and to Paris. Nice eatouts at walking distance. Definitely on our list for our next visit to Paris and around.

Very friendly welcome to the apartment by Khady, apartment is very big, 3 bedrooms with lots of space, 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower), very nice kitchen with all the utensils you could need. Includes 2 parking spots! Great place to visit Disneyland as the bus you need to take is about 200mtrs from the apartment.

Stay was too short to make use of all the facilities, next time we will stay longer!

This appartment has hotel service: we arrived and beds were made, there was fruit on the table. In the showers we had showergel and shampoo,. There were some coffee pads and spices in the kitchen. Last but not least, some toys and games for kids and a pool table.

The location was great and the building was very secure. The host was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay for the value.

The stay at Bedland was everything we were hoping for and more. The owner came to greet us a short while after arrival and provided a helpful overview of the property and also how to reach local attractions. We are planning a return trip and will certainly be booking to stay at Bedland again. The accommodation was of high specification throughout. The kids bedroom was beautifully decorated and Disney themed. The sofa bed was really comfortable and the overall space of the accommodation was pleasantly surprising. Overall, it was a great stay. * Local shops are a short walk away * Disney village is 7 minutes drive away * Friendly owners * Spacious and modern apartment
