very nice, big, newly renovated apartment with all amenities i could ask for. in the middle of the town close to everything. host is very friendly and service minded. great Wi-Fi, good shower and a washing machine

parking space would have been nice but being so central I understand it’s hard to come by. there are public parking for a fee just some hundred meters away.

Good stylish tiny flat in the center of Sanremo, we've been there only for a night but everything was good.

The location is great, close to everything.

The view from all windows is on the badly maintained wall very close to the windows. You feel like you are in prison. Although the flat is renovated well, the staircase to the 2nd floor is scraffy and is in bad condition. We did not notice the sliding door of the bathroom which is not noticeable if you don't know that it is there. There were no instructions where to take the garbage.

The owner speaks English and was very attentive, the children liked the beds were upstairs, the apartment is spacious enough and very clean, there is a kettle and tea. They have an apartment as well, but it wasn't available then as we would have liked. We had a nice dinner at Al Pizzeria - Friggitoria "Al Sessantuno", very close. You can have breakfast at the bars near the location, we liked Festival Pasticceria for coffee and "Baci din San Remo".

The beds are not so firm and although they said the heat will start at 9 pm, it didn't happen. We were lucky it wasn't too cold, but you'd better check before if bringing children. There is no view and you have to unlock many doors until you enter the room.

Finding it was very difficult as I didn’t realise it was in a pedestrian zone. Took me and hour of driving in circles and asking many people.

Great location, near the beach and numerous cafes and shops, good value for money.

Difficult to find parking. If kettle is provided, would have expected some cups also. We had really loud german neighbors - speaking loudly early in the morning (and evening) and felt like they were talking on the phone right in our flat.

The location!! the best location in Sanremo. Right beside the apartment is a small butcher/restaurant 'la salsamenteria' and they had the most amazing cheeses, meats and the staff was so nice! I would recommend the apartment just for that, as we would never have found them without living right next to them.

Good value for money right in the heart of the city within minutes from all attractions and beaches. Very clean and quiet. The host is very responsive to messages and requests, great to communicate with.

The building where the apartment is situated could have been a bit better taken care of

The location is very good, you could easily go to visit places, eat or shop. There is also free parking nearby. The room was clean, the beds comfortable.

The attitude of the staff could be a bit nicer and the photos on the site could be better. Also the check-out at 10 is too early.

Virginia’s apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, it’s right in the center surrounded by lots of cute little shops. Virginia was very understanding when we were late. Definitely recommended!
