House was close to the beach. Close to Kangaroo island. Lovely scenery.

The outdoor bbq was not clean by the previous people. Hot water system ran out of hot water, had to wait 24 hours to get hot water.

They gave us a late check out on request

We had issues with the hot water system but after notifying the owner, it was fixed promptly.

What the property offered was great: facilities, not far beach walk and rooms. The kitchen facilities and basics included were more than expected, which was nice.

Ants were everywhere in one of the rooms when we arrived and their were many other bug infestations throughout the property. The staff were rude and up the bond on arrival. The check in day dealing with the staff was chaos and they need to improve their attitudes/procedures.
