The property was in a great location, it had everything we needed.

The only feedback we had is that the floors weren’t cleaned very well.

Location is great - close to the beach, although it isn't the nicest beach for swimming. Reasonably quiet. Nice and clean, good kitchen, shower and bathroom. Nice beds.

Be aware that the floors are polished concrete. We had a 10 month old that fell over a couple of times and hurt herself. The rooms arent fully closed off at the top of the walls so unwanted light and sound gets into the rooms.

Great location, with proximity to beach

Gate had latch that didn't work. There was no connected downpipe, which we had to walk under on way to gate when raining.

the house is light and is a great beach house

No curtains in the above windows makes it really hard to sleep. The movement at night of native animals on the roof can be loud at times. love the house but getting a full night sleep is an issue. Also the drive way is quiet over grown.

The property was lovely and perfect for a fam getaway, having little kids was great we could see them outside on both areas of the garden whilst in the lounge. It was safe and gated well. Was clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Thankfully the kids didn’t notice. There was a possum problem every night at least 5 times we would hear what sounded like galloping horses on the roof!! After the first couple of nights we got used to it. And the hot water system cut out every second day.. cold showers weren’t so bad after a day in the sun.
