Comfortable bed, nice little hamper when you arrive and milk, tea & coffee all there so no need to rush out. Definitely would stay again

Loved the views and location

The property was great I liked everything about it

The house was in a fabulous part of Newquay. House was very clean and well equipped. We had been left a great welcome hamper for our arrival with, milk, cheese, fruit, crackers, wine, cake etc. Tea and Coffee and basic condiments were also available and all the cleaning products that you will need for the week. The views from the veranda are amazing, a lovely spot to unwind. Very picturesque and a lovely walk past the boating lake into the main town. The Cafe On The Lake served and excellent evening meal. We were a little apprehensive about the walk into town with a number of comments regarding a big hill. There is a big hill but there is no need to walk up it to get into town. For anyone keen on riding there is a riding stable almost next to the house.

The house is up a 'narrowish' drive which is a little bit tricky to find when you first arrive. Once you know where it is it is fine, if a bit daunting the first time you drive up or down it.

Good location nice views and property good level of facility’s

My only thing was bathroom upstairs and bedrooms down for getting ready etc. Not a deal breaker as toilet down stairs and overall everything worked for us.

Very clean ,comfortable accomodation.The kitchen and lounge was upstairs to make the most of the views.After a long journey we found a food hamper including milk so we didnt have to rush to the shops.Pleasant hosts.

Excellent location and fantastic welcome package

The welcome pack was a nice touch and the facilities were clean and of a very high standard. Great location with a lovely view from the balcony.
