perfect location and super helpful staff. apartment was spacious, well stocked and comfortable. incredible value for money!

The view from the villas facing the ocean is exceptional and it is truly a beautiful beach. I will certainly be returning (hopefully to the same exact room). The on-site restaurant is also great and looks over the ocean (makes for beautiful sunsets).

The wifi is temperamental and you may find yourself without it often/ so slow that using roaming on your phone is the only option.

The location is so beautiful and our rooms were very clean and lovely.

We had quite a few mosquitoes. not unusual for Puerto Escondido though.

Absolutely lucked out with this accommodation. The villa was well equipped, and the location/view was just breathtaking. With private access to the beach and Espadin restaurant right at your fingertips (the food here is incredible), this all made for a great stay.

Air conditioning in the Escondido suite doesn’t work very well due to overall size of the room. Pool needs to be cleaned more regularly but these are picky criticisms as it really is a wonderful place to stay.

Superb view BUT ….

1) Probably the worst internet hotel i visited in the last 5 years and no cellular at all since hotel located in the mountain . 2) No internet in the room but also even not in the lobby or restaurant !!! (photos my room and restaurant ) . 3) I tried all day and night . No change . Staff explanation ridiculous (we are going to reboot the wifi ;-) , or just wait a bit ). 4) No hot water in my room which is even did not surprise me (probably need to reboot or wait more )

We had a 2 bedroom villa for the two of us so it felt very spacious. The kitchenette was very well equipped, although a larger frying pan would have been nice. The bathroom was a bit small, but fine for two. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The beds were comfortable and linens were great. We loved the outdoor patio area. Housekeeping was fantastic, very thorough. We did not use their services every day. Having the purified water supplied was a great plus. There are plenty of common outdoor sitting areas which were never crowded. The gardens were lovely as was the overall feel of the grounds. We liked the small size. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. Having stairs directly to the beach was great.

At times bad smells came up from the shower drain when in use. Housekeeping washed the black cement floors. I know they were clean, but our feet would get black looking if we went barefoot. The pool water was too cool for me, but that is personal. No fault of the property, but there were some mosquitos, not many but enough to get some bites. (Last half of November)

The views were amazing and our room was kept very clean and tidy. Fresh towels were provided daily for both showering and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The wifi in our room (Mitla) was a bit slow. And this seemed to be the case elsewhere on the property. There was not enough bandwidth to hold meetings on Zoom (even without a camera), stream Netflix, check email, etc. However, considering the location, this is but a small downside if you have to do work.

The location is absolutely beautiful. We arrived very early in the morning at 8am. Check-in was not supposed to be until 3pm but at noon our room was ready! The room - or rather apartment - was very spacious with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. We also had breakfast upon arrival which was very tasty. Great street with restaurants, bars and cafes at 5 min walking distance. Also two cute cats named Ketchup and Coco. There was some bad weather one night. The hotel was ready to put people up in different hotels in the area. Very helpful.

We have spent wonderful time in nice mini villa - our (Londres) was perfectly located and set up. Ideal for family with two kids.

You need to be aware that scorpions may get into your room, after all you are surrounded by the nature.I have found scorpion in the bathroom at the end of the stay. So it’s better not to go barefoot in the night (what I was doing being blissfuly unaware) and be extra careful especially with children.
