Good location, pretty clean liked the palapa view was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable other than the pillows

The pool filtration only ran for a few hours for the whole 6 days we were there. While there we didn’t see anyone in the pool. The lounge chairs had no cushions and old so not comfortable. Walked across shallow end while waiting to get checked in and got bit up by something. The towels were ruff and felt like sandpaper because they were air dried instead of using dryer and they were on a line hanging in the palapa. The furniture in the palapa was old and no cushions and very uncomfortable.

Lovely spacious room and great location for beach and nearby restaurants. It was very clean (they cleaned the room every day) and we always felt safe and secure. They put us in touch with a contact who organised all our nature tours.

There is nothing bad really, just nothing exceptional. The contact before was very automated which I found difficult. It would be nice to have some coffee for the machine.

The pool was so refreshing and the hotel is right across the street from many restaurants and beach access.

The location is good to explore this side of Puerto Escondido and the nearby beaches. Plenty of options of good restaurants as well!

Unfortunately our room was not just old-fashioned, but really old with a few odd looking stains at some of the walls. Additionally our AC smelled a bit weird so we ended up just using the fans. We saw some rooms which looked newer, but watch out if you are on the ground floor like us. We would not recommend it based on our experience.

perfect location. basic but spacious and has everything needed. great terrace. good value for money. good shower and hot/cold water.

This place is a little bargain gem! perfectly located in Rinconada, less than five minutes to Carrazalillo beach and the bars and restaurants nearby. Great little apartment with good kitchen facilities, and a really nice shaded pool perfect for cooling off in the heat of the day. Eugenia who prepared and cleaned our rooms during the week was so friendly, helpful and polite!
