There's no secured parking in the area..You need to wait for an open slot to park in their designated parking lot. If not, you can pay 300 pesos for parking for 24 hours at the front lot.

The room is cozy and clean. I like how simple our communication is with the host. Despite our short notices for the same day booking, it was still a smooth transaction. It was a short stay but we definitely enjoyed it. There's also wifi, and everything we needed is there.
