The Host was friendly, helpful and directions/ communication before arrival were excellent. The Appartment was clean? Had everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything was thought including toiletries in each of the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with tea/ coffee supplied which was welcome after a long journey. Carlo our host has thought of everything, which made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I can comment on is that as it was very hot while we were there, air con would’ve been helpful but they did supply powerful fans in each of the bedrooms with was appreciated.

Optimal for a some days stay in Tivoli. We got photos from the entrance so that it was easy to see it from car. Apartment was very good equiped with washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. And host Carlo delivered all neccesary things for a good breakfast. Parking was closed and near to second access door.

Large and clean.

The property was very well equipped with quality appliances, plenty of space, 2 bathrooms and Carlo provided breakfast for us which was an added bonus. Villa D'este was within walking distance with a variety of restaurants close by. Carlo was a welcoming host.
