Gaia is a lovely host, and we appreciated her recommendations for where to eat (Alfredo's Trattoria is nearby, and excellent value). This is a fantastic old building, and we were happy to have the ground floor rooms and a small enclosed patio for our use. Despite the extreme heat during our stay, we had no need for the aircon - we stayed beautifully cool. Gaia serves breakfast upstairs, on her first floor terrace - a great way to start the day. Very handy for Villa d'Este and shopping :)

We have stayed here before and it is well positioned to walk to all points of interest. Monica is a very good host.

Once you locate it, it is easy to gain access, however, due to being in Tivoli you have to use the main car park.

Terrific location - walk to lots of great restaurants and Villa D’Este; 10 minute bus to Villa Adriana. Monica was super friendly and helpful - marking sites on map and providing suggestions. Our room was huge, with a separate sitting room and even an outdoor terrace, with many 14th century touches preserved while providing modern amenities. Breakfast was served on a lovely terrace.

No improvements needed. Just know that you will need to drop off your luggage and park in a free parking lot about 3 blocks away.

This small B&B is located perfect in old town of Tivoli. The host family lives in the same hallway. They are really friendly and we ate breakfast at their terrace in the morning. The room is really nice and you can feel the history wings in the walls. Like the solution of how they built the bathroom (in an old stairway).

The room is very responsive. But after 11 o’clock the noise from the streets stopped.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Our host was just lovely and helpful. She even brought us breakfast and set it up for us. Perfectly charming.
