The Villa was beautiful and very spacious.

We were there with two small children, the noise late evening and very early morning was dreadful and woke the children and us up most nights

Very well located, on the city's main avenue, near shops, restaurants, and two supermarkets. More or less in the midle way between olt town and new town (10/15 min) or a short taxi ride. UBER is also available and works pretty well. Villa had all the amenities we needed and is well equipped. Host was easily contactable and helpful if we needed anything through whatts app. We stayed for 1 week and pool cleaner attended twice. We all enjoyed our stay and found the property clean, comfortable, safe and in a good location/neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Bonus: We had the sun in the villa outdoor area all day!

Location of villa was good. Short walk to beach & old town. Great to have bathroom for each bedroom. Great pool and outdoor terrace area..Private. Spacious inside & out. Inside lounge area / dining spacious and clean. Any issues with the property were actioned quickly. Good communication with host via WhatsApp and booking.com

Kitchen needs updating but is fit for purpose and has a dishwasher. Would recommend cleaning includes checking crockery & kitchen equipment is cleaned once guests have left to ensure clean for next guests. Would benefit from kitchen stock check - to ensure basics are available eg mugs (we asked owner & mugs were delivered very quickly). Noisy road behind villa but playing music around the pool helped. Was aware of this before I booked.. This did not adversely affect our holiday. Check-in : ensure host is knowledgeable about the villa. Would have liked a receipt to be provided for security deposit provided.

Fantastic property, very spacious and clean.

The pool area backs on to a road which could get a little noisy, but other than that there were no negatives with the accommodation.

The location was exactly what we wanted. In between new and old town very easy to walk to both. Also right next to 2 supermarkets which is very good

location was ok with supermarket and takeaways local to the villa. barbeque at the villa worked really well, and kitchen was quite modern. Cable TV came in very handy and the air con kept the villa at a nice temperature

The walk to the town / beach was quite long, especially if you have babies or young children. There is also a main road just the other side of the garden wall, so a bit of noise by the pool. Adjoining villa on one side was being refurbished inside and out during our stay.

Awesome villa and awesome hosts, we had an incredible week with bluesea, we really recommend it to every family wishing to spend amazing vacations in Albufeira
