East 34 is extremely spacious. It's advertised as an apartment but it's basically a house! It's modern, clean and in a great location.

The property was clean and immaculate and had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay.

Location was convenient to all shops and city centre. however the view around the property was very dark and blocked.

Amazing property. So clean, comfortable and affordable. Location was great, walking distance to shops, cafes and city centre. Hosts went above and beyond with all the little extras and more to make our stay comfortable.

There was nothing about the property that we didn’t like. It was exceptional.

Spacious Modern

Overall good but for us with little kids, the house makes their noise louder. The stairs are good but they like making loud banging sounds by running up & down.

The breakfast was exceptional, well organised and selected. The location suited us perfectly on the east side of town.

The property was modern, clean and spacious. It has everything you would need when staying away. It also has little extras like Lego and books for the kids. the food basket was great too.

Can't fault anything, it was all fantastic and exceeded our expectations. For an extremely fussy person, cleanliness was the upmost importance to me and this property was cleaner than 5 star hotels I have stayed in!! Well done to the owners, they are doing an amazing job.

The property wasn't what we were expecting. Didn't know it was a house. Everything that you can possibly need was provided. It was in immaculate condition.

Beds weren't the comfiest but I'm a fussy sleeper.

Brilliant location. We locked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Excellent breakfast provisions. The house was bigger than we expected and perfect for two couples. Very comfortable and plenty of room

Nothing Loved it all

They had thought of everything. It was like being at home. The little details such as make-up remover wipes ect being in the bathroom draws. Perfect little touches that excelled the service above anywhere else we have stayed.

I really cannot fault the accommodation. The only thing that I could possibly commrnt on was the included breakfast. It just didn't feed all the guests and especially not for the two mornings. For example: 6 eggs for 4 people for two mornings. However, the quality of the food was outstanding.

Check in was super easy and Annette and Garry made us feel welcome. The breakfast was PERFECT! (Apparently it’s the best juice my husband has ever had). They were quick to reply to a question we had about window keys, and the communication was great. Will highly recommend to anyone holidaying in ballarat
