Jaw dropping view of volcano. Nice studio standalone apartment with all the kitchen basics. Large basket of fresh fruit, yougart and granola delivered to patio every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Misto Hanging Bridges

Although the location is about a 25 minute drive from the town of LA Fortuna and the final 2 miles is along a bumpy dirt road it was well worth it.

The road leading up to the property is in terrible condition. We had a ton of bugs littered throughout the apartment, many dead and many alive. What was particularly disturbing were the bugs climbing all over they cups and plates in the cupboard. And we had a rather large lizard running around our apartment making loud noises, but the owner did not want to assist in removing it or helping us. The beds were quite bad as well. Suffice to say we left after a couple of hours, will never return.

The view is really beautiful, the size and space of the bungalow.

The staff is not really welcoming, the breakfast is really awful (and incomplete most of the days), part of the bungalow are really getting old (furniture, jacuzzi... ), and there was always something missing that we needed to ask (not enough towels, no hand towels for the kitchen, the hot water not functionning every now and then, toilet paper...) finally the road to go there is really bad and quite long so be ready !

Excellent location. I was amazed by the view everytime I entered the sleeping room. The jacuzzi was extra nice with the volcano view. The stay was worth every penny.

Fabulous location with a spectacular view of Arenal Volcano at the front and rainforest at the back. The lodge is quite a distance from the town centre but this makes it really peaceful and it is excellently situated for visiting the Arenal Hanging Bridges Park (if you visit get a guide if you want to see wildlife) and the Tabacon thermal resort, both of which are excellent. We had a 4x4 which makes it easy to access along the unsealed roads. The lodge was clean and well maintained with everything we needed, including cooking facilities, plus the most spectacular views from the jacuzzi bath tub. Breakfast was delivered to the lodge in a cute basket and we enjoyed it on the patio whilst soaking up the breathtaking views.

The bath in the bedroom was something else! And the delivery of the breakfast basket was very cute!

The road down to the Niru is very uneven and not really suitable for small hire cars (more suited for a 4x4 SUV kind of vehicle). We got a puncture driving down the road somewhere, and when loading the car in the morning to check out, realised we had a flat tyre. Unfortunately our hire car didn't have a jack in it, and Niru reception also didn't have a car jack. Luckily one of the other guests did and was able to help!

The view was gorgeous, the unit was clean and well stocked and thought out. Breakfast was good.

The drive up there quite bumpy but so worth it !!

The house is quite nice - big and comfortable. The view to the volcano was amazing and we got to see some coati in the backyard too :) Friendly host ready to help. Breakfast is included, but it is the same every day and quality could be improved.

Access road to this property is crazy the first time you do it. Feels like a rollercoaster and unsafe with a small car, but doable in the dry season. You need the car for almost everything, so expect to go on this road daily, twice - 20 min drive to La Fortuna. You are in nature and that comes with all sorts of bugs - crawlers or flying ones. Keep the lights to a minimum at night if you don't like unwelcomed guests in your room. For cleaning services make sure you split whites from colored clothes as they won't do this alone, so you can end up like me with a bad white t-shirt. Problem was solved with our friendly host, so that was just unfortunate to happen.

A little long and rough road to go back and forth on, but not that big of a deal.

Views were spectacular. Wild life was everywhere. Unit was very comfortable. Bedroom was ideally situated to take advantage of the view of Volcán Arenal. We had an enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend.

Clean and modern units with the best view you could hope for. And really close to the Mistico suspension bridges, so we were able to get up and get there early in the morning before the crowds.

The location and view was amazing!

The property was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and the jacuzzi bath in the room was a lovely touch. The view in the mornings is incredible. The member of staff in reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious!

Nothing specifically about the property itself, we just struggled to sleep because of the heavy rain on the roof during the nights of our stay.
