really noisy. building work. inconsiderate noisy people all through the block. music. yapping dogs. crazy noisy.

The room was spacious; there is ample secure off-street parking (height limited); there is a nice gym with all the basics; remote check in IF the system is working; the kitchen was moderately well equipped; with a washer & dryer in the unit. Paper towels were provided, but no dishtowel!

There is no Reception or office staff -- just custodial type workers; and Nobody speaks English despite that being listed as an attribute. If you have a question you have to to find a custodian, maid, or ask, the gate-guard -- IF you speak Spanish-- they will relay it to Corporate, and you might get an answer if you are lucky. Promises are offered not kept. Even the so-called Guest information book has almost no information, and what there was, was in Spanish only and had only the many N0-NO's for pool, gym use, etc. No contact numbers, no local info, no floor map or indication of what might be where in the facility. Pets are allowed--two doors down a very cute little dog, and cute owner,--but the dog yaps incessantly at all hours and the walls are thin. The advertised Hot Tub was very cold -- and despite multiple requests and promises to turn it on -- in three days it was never done. (One staff made it clear the owners didn't want to spend the money on the electricity.) There is no breakfast, none was advertised, but there is a high-end grocery next door. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for cooking-- IF you can see in the dim lighting. They did supply a single-serving 1820 coffee packet--CR's low end coffee brand and five old tea bags; along with half a dozen filters for the coffee maker. The furnishings are minimalist. The second bed was pushed up against a corner in the "Living Room" which would have made its use difficult and obscured the only two electrical outlets. There is also a dearth of electrical outlets --one bed side, another unaccessible. The few outlets are mostly not in useful places. Internet access was not provided and the custodial staff directed us to a sign by the swimming pool which contained a password which did not work. Several more suggestions failed. Eventually Booking.com got us a working password.

Everything you could need. Modern and spacious. close to shops and not far from airport.

Everything about the apartment was superb. Great decor, comfortable with a great view. Staff and security were very helpful. They assisted me when the airline delayed my flight and lost my luggage. Staff were fantastic

This place has the perfect balance between a very relaxing stay, with a near river sound and nature view, while enjoying the advantages of a very strategic location near convenience stores, shopping malls and night live... very cozy and relaxing, nice equipped kitchen and nice details like delicious shampoo, shower gel and other goodies like that, totally worth it, would recommend and repeat

neighbors had a party across the hall, the apartments are not very sound proof. the neighbors were really nice though and turned down the volume.

Property very central and convenient. Eduardo was particularly helpful to us. He was also very friendly. Perfect location to explore Santa Ana and surrounds.

I would have liked the option of having a bath but I’ve realised that most people prefer showers here 😊

Modern furnishings and nice amenities…pool, gym, parking. Lots of closet space and laundry in unit. Good internet.

No smart TV but not a deal breaker since we had chrome cast.

Loved the outdoor space and overall the space was comfortable. Also loved that it was dog friendly.

The shower could have been a bit hotter but overall was ok.

Location is perfect, right next to AutoMercado, while Santa Ana hosts amazing restaurants, shopping centres and many other services. Gated security, access to gym and pool, washer, dryer and kitchen made our long stay hassle free. Very easy and efficient check in process.

The condo is well equipped but it’s basic. We would have appreciated if there was some salt, pepper, oil, etc. Bathroom needs a deeper scrub.
