The location is central to the shopping area and has everything you might need within a 5 minute walk from the convenience store near the Rialto bridge to a pub and restaurants. The palace and main square were only a 10 min walk and there was easy access to the water buses for any other trips. I messaged Andrea and he was very quick to reassure me with travel guidance and how to contact him when leaving the airport. The apartment has everything you might need and the wifi was great, especially as I had a teenager in tow! The only downside was I never mentioned to Andrea that we would need to use the sofa bed, but we managed with the extra linen within the apartment. My son is quite tall and never had any problem with the low beams. He never even moaned about the meandering stairs to get to the very top of the building, because it was worth it every time! The rooftop terrace is exquisite, especially at the end of the day to sit amongst the shadows of the rooftops, under the stars with a bottle of local wine and listen to the hum from the alley ways below.

More linen in the flat to make up the sofa bed, but again I did not inform them in advance that we would use it.

great location, as it is very close to the Rialto bridge. in Venice this really helped us to find our way back easily to the hotel. ( everywhere in the city, there are arrows that direct you back to Rialto, so this location was a big plus) comfortable amenities and nice rooftop altana!!! The owner is nice and accommodating. Note that this property is located at the top floor, so this requires going up the stairs 4 floors, (perhaps not the best for an elderly couple). Also, it is an attic property with some areas with low ceilings, and not much room for young kids to run around, so this may also not be ideal for young children. Otherwise, the place is charming, comfy bed, good warm shower, the Altana gave us the extra space for enjoying some morning sun and evening cocktails! (We stayed in September which did not require the use of the air conditioning)

Very nice little and cozy attic very close to Rialto (and basically everything else)…amazing rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and dinner! Andrea the host is very kind and met us at the apartment, showed us everything- he was extremely flexible and kind regarding check in and check out… amazing, thank you! Kitchen well equipped, bed very comfy. Super fast wifi! Everything is exactly as shown on the pictures, you get what you see. We would definitely come back!

For taller people maybe a little bit challenging, as the ceiling is pretty low and the last flight of stairs are pretty steep… but all in all manageable.

The location of the the property was perfect - in the thick of things yet clearly also where the locals are. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and responded immediately with any questions. The terrace was magical. All the necessities in place and well planned for the space.

Extremely central, quiet and charming rooftop with comfortable bed, huge balcony (you can’t see in the pictures the private terrace with a sofa). 3 min from Rialto vaporetto station, you have absolutely everything you need as soon as you step outside the apt. Andrea, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. A tip for guests who plan to take the boat to reach the airport: they get crowded and you might need to wait for the next one.From the airport to the apt was super chilled.
