The location is amazing, right on the main canal with the Rialto bridge around the corner, really cool. Classic, charming Venetian interiors. Great accommodating staff.

The doors are pretty, but very thin, the room across the kitchen feels like you’re IN the kitchen. Features all mostly functioned, but a little out of date.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Having to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs is extremely difficult even for someone in good physical shape. The hotel had no one to help us with our luggage and no elevator. We are 2 women in our late 60’s. Cannot recommend this hotel for anyone except a bodybuilder or if it is just an overnight bag for a one night stay.

The location was PERFECT. A short walking distance to all amenities, spectacular views from the breakfast area. Friendly staff.

The broken bed (one broken leg on bedframe) when we arrived which didn’t get fixed throughout our 3 night stay!

Everything was great! The staff are all very friendly and speak English which was very helpful. Breakfast is delicious, they make eggs for you however you like them and also give a meat, cheese, and bread. Juices, cereal, and coffee are also available. The breakfast area has a view of the canal. Rooms are clean and comfortable with tea and a kettle, they also have a little library of books and games. I loved picking a book and just reading by the canal during my time in Venice.

The stairs were difficult to climb with luggage, but they tell you when booking so we were aware. Just a tip, take the ferry to the hotel from the train station! We saw 20 minute walk on the GPS and figured we’d just walk it, but we probably carried our luggage up 20 bridges on the way and then also had to lug our suitcases up those 3 flights of stairs.

Amazing location, right next to Rialto Bridge and walking distance to most places. The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a few doors down (outside of the hotel itself) but meant that the bedroom was extra large and came with a kitchen and living room - the phone was still connected to the hotel and wifi details were the same so that was also good. Bedroom had a huge TV which was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but adequate and had a great view.

Heating was a bit temperamental but that was minor really.

The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location not far from the point interest mostly.

I knew about the stairs but still surprise me. Lil bit tired for some people who has problem with the knee.

A very nice hotel in a great location, and its looks into Venice main water channel and its most famous bridge. The staff was so nice and respectful, and they were so kind to give us a room upgrade for our stay.

The breakfast was nice but I think it can be worked on a little more. The stairs got us exhausted, especially when we are traveling with a toddler.
