Just a fantastic place to stay in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We were visiting for a music festival and could not have been happier.

This was a super home with a very nice master suite upstairs. It was easy to get to, and located within a mile or two of loads of restaurants, stores, the University and Kroger Field. Easy walking and wonderful neighborhood. The owner was always responsive and the house had everything we needed (great kitchen) including coffee supplies for our weekend.

Great house in Chevy Chase area of Lexington! Convenient to downtown and many area restaurants are a quick drive away. 3 bedroom 2 bath with all modern conveniences. Totally updated kitchen and baths. Well equipped with upgraded appliances. Kitchen table with seating for 6. 2 bedrooms (Queen and double) on 1st Floor share bathroom. Master suite upstairs (king) with shower and tub. (As pictured). Sleeper sofa. Plenty of closets. 2nd floor is reached from center hall entry. Stairs are steep so if any disability this climb would be difficult. Ample driveway parking for 3 cars. Host was extremely responsive. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

It was a wonderful location for us since the kids were at different camps at the university each day. The kids enjoyed walks in the evening and playing ball in the backyard. So many restaurants and activities close by! Thank you also for all the thoughtful touches of snacks, books, games, starter supplies ect. The beds were very comfortable as well! We would highly recommend your home to anyone needing a place to stay to enjoy Lexington!

My oldest daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, cozy property in a quiet neighborhood, and would highly recommend it for others who would like to experience the same. Also, Mr. Akbar the property manager, was very helpful in providing the information and amenities that allowed us to have easy check-in/out processes and an overall wonderful stay!

Perfect location! Well stocked kitchen! I love to cook for the family and had all the necessities and more! Comfortable beds! And the master suite upstairs was phenomenal! Private back yard with table and chairs! Everything we could have wanted!

We stayed her during the KY 3 Day Event - lots of good places to eat and it wasn't a bad drive to the Horse Park - I tried to book for next year but it’s not available

Some friends and I stayed in this property for a Keeneland weekend. The house and furnishings were extremely nice and the location would be hard to beat. It is within walking distance to nightlife and good breakfast spots. The living area is comfortable for a group of 6 and we spent Saturday night at the house watching the Kentucky game after a long day at the track. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Lexington.

This is a very lovely home. Very clean with all of the amenities. Our house was responsible for providing lots of food for a Keeneland tailgate (for 40 people for a pre-wedding event). Most places we have stayed at have had very scarce kitchen supplies so we brought everything we needed. To our great surprise the only thing we really needed was extra storage for leftovers. This was a very well stocked kitchen with high quality utensils. The kitchen was spacious enough for six people to work to get things done. The owner was very delightful and responded within an hour of each of my messages. It was in a great location - just down the street from my sister and only about 15-20 minutes from Keeneland. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a cute house and was perfect for our short stay in Lexington. The weather did not cooperate and allow us to take advantage of the patio. Overall a very nice visit.

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in! Beautiful top level master suite and quiet neighborhood. Less than 5 min walk from good restaurants and pubs. Lexington was very easy to get around with many great places to see within a 10 minute drive from the house.

We were so excited to find this home for parent’s weekend. It was in a great neighborhood and we could walk to bars and restaurants. It was super close to the UK campus. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The kitchen was well equipped (Bosch appliances) and wonderful for those that like to cook. Tasteful contemporary decor, comfortable mattresses, garage access for vehicle or storing bicycles/sports equipment. Bathrooms & laundry were well stocked with amenities. Master suite sitting area nice private space. Safe neighborhood, quiet with grocery, restaurants, and local small businesses in walking distance. Convenient to downtown. Given the opportunity will rent again!

Beautiful house, great neighborhood. All was perfect!

The house is very nice and in a perfect location. The upstairs master suite is large and even has its own reading nook. It is almost like a separate apartment within the house. The living room has plenty of seating. Everything is updated, nice, and in great condition. The house is very comfortable for a family of four and can accommodate up to six persons. It is in walking distance to some retail, including a large grocery store and Starbucks, several restaurants, the university, and downtown (about 30-minute walk). I would like to stay here again on future trips to Lexington.

This house worked out great. It is really easy to get anywhere in Lexington you want to go from this location. The house is well appointed and I appreciated that some of the normal needs were already in the house (i.e. dishwasher detergent and toilet paper). Also, Akbar was really responsive. I had a special need for a business call I had to get done and he accommodated me with no issue at all. We may well stay again when visiting our UK student again.

Great house located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to all the must sees in Lexington. Would never stay anywhere else when traveling to Lexington!!!

Great place to stay. Charming in every way. This will be our go-to place for all our travels to Lexington. Close to UK, the horse park, Keeneland and downtown. Highly recommend.

This house was outstanding. The cleanest one we’ve stayed in to date. The linens were so clean and fresh and the beds were super comfortable. So many awesome restaurants near by and an awesome park with everything you could want for younger kids, including a swimming pool. House was even better than pictured! Thanks so much for everything! We will be back!!!

The house was clean, well furnished and had been recently remodeled in tasteful style. The appliances were new, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Overall, it is a cozy, welcoming house with off road parking, a tidy back yard and in a great location. We would gladly repeat and look forward to our next visit.

Fist time for us in Lexington , the house has all one needs to make you feel at home . Only thing I would suggest , is a Bar B Cue ... we came in the summer ! We did enjoy our stay at this property very much, did satisfy our expectations .
