Staff hotel was clean

Bed was small, and uncomfortable it was 2am and I was tired and couldn’t get comfortable due to being put in a handicap room with a full size bed

Staff was amazing when it came to problems and resolutions. Friendly and down to earth.

Hotel was under renovation. Nothing horrible, but small inconveniences. But again, the staff was on the spot to resolve.

It was near where we needed to be.

No housekeeping. Zero. Will not stay there again. To expensive to have no clean towels and be completely ignored.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Room and facilities were clean.

Heater problems. 1. Instructions on unit said to use monitor on wall. When couldn't get it to work, front desk said to use unit controls. Could not get temp to desired leve. Ended up just opening window to raise temp. 2. Could not get water to go through fixed shower head. Only could use hand held. Hand held facing open door when water turned on and sprayed bathroom. 3. Bathroom door needs adjustment as It would nly stay closed when latched. It would swing into room when not latched.

Shower pressure is amazing , everything is very clean and staff is very friendly

mostly everything especially the kitchenette

the loudness outside my room. I could easily here people upstairs banging or a suitcase rolling across the floor outside my room. I could hear construction.

Upon arrival staff was great but the hotel has a smell. The bed was very comfortable slept great we just werent satisfied with the construction work and the cleanliness before entering our room.

Smell of hotel was awful

The room came fully stocked with everything I could need, they allowed me to check-in early, and the bed was comfy.

It was really expensive.
