Convenient and perfect for what I needed

I think Air Conditioning was out in main lobby and breakfast area but they were repairing it/ kind of loud at times (hearing people up and down hall and slamming doors) not so bad

Breakfast was good. Hot dishes were hot and a good variety of room temp offerings. Would have preferred Cheerios that were not coated with sugar. Otherwise it was acceptable.

it was close to the highway

There was blood on the comforter, spider webs all over the ceiling and walls and fixtures, the walls had drywall mud all over them and there were suspicious dirt spots all over the bathroom. the accessible shower wasn’t actually accessible due to the poor layout. the bench and the faucet were on opposite ends of the shower so someone else had to turn on and off the shower once the disabled guest was seated on the bench. we stay in a lot of Sleep Inn hotels and this was by far the dirtiest one we’ve stayed in. I took plenty of photos of the lack of cleanliness as well.

Close to shopping and dining.

the location is perfect. 3 minutes from my daughters house. hotel staff was awesome

There were bed bugs as soon as I pulled the sheet back one was crawling I had the front desk come in. they witnessed it also, we didn't bring our stuff in or even put our stuff down.

The location was good and we had stayed in the past but it has gone downhill.

The breakfast was cold. We had to move room because the tv had fell off the wall and would not work. I felt like it had been a while before they had checked the room. The room had some type of odor like a perfume smell that they used to cover another smell up. When I got home I had to wash all my clothes because they had the smell from the hotel. The lampshade had something on it and the carpet was dirty

The front desk clerk was nice, he accommodated us (upon request) for a different room because the 1st was NOT up to par.

The 1st room was not clean, and the 2nd room was not clean either. I would've left but it was New Years eve and everything was booked!
