It was very clean, with all facilities working properly (AC, TV, micro, fridge, Wifi, etc). Well located, two blocks from Malecon. All you need for a basic stay... with honest/fair value for your money.

It was a bit noisy due to a water pump/hydroneumatic/pressurizer or something of that sort... that must be right on top or on the wall. I was not expecting the rooms to be directly on the street (access door and window). Room was smaller than expected, and could do with a working table or desk.

I loved this cute little place. It's only 2 blocks from the malécon, right at the downtown border at Playa Norte (they have great fajitas and live music there!). It was perfect for Carnaval! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, street vendors, and all the tourist things you want to be close to. Very clean and cute. There's daily cleaning which is nice. Maria dropped off flowers for me on my birthday, which was super nice and unexpected. Gracias!

Everything was great!

The location is good near some local restaurants for breakfast. It's easy to walk to the boardwalk by the beach. The property has an easy access to the center of Mazatlan for exploring the city. The owner is nice and had great communication through WhatsApp.

Super clean and they cleaned and changed linens every day!! Staff was awesome. When I had a problem with a noisy neighbor, they took care of it.

Rom was quite small, but okay. The immediate neighborhood was a little rough, but very manageable.

I really liked that the Poasada Bugambilia team reached out to me via whatsapp as soon as they received my booking to make sure that I knew how to get to their place. They waited for me when the bus arrived pretty late at night and I was invited to leave my luggage with them after checking-out to be able to explore the city.

The area is very close to the Malecon which is the kind of tourist area I don't like.

The check in lady Mary was very nice and the room was very clean.

No windows, VERY little water pressure in the shower, no hot water, the room is tiny with nowhere to eat food, and the wifi/electricity went out in the middle of the night while it was on in neighboring businesses. I guess eventually they could get it back on, but the shower was such a disappointment that I left to try an early check in at my next hotel rather than continue my morning here.

The woman who is in charge of the property is amazing!

Good communications using WhatsApp. Good use of Google Translate since I speak very little Spanish. Good customer service, met me at 10 pm with an English speaker. Brought plastic knives and forks and bottle opener upon request at 11 pm.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. The location was decent, just a few minutes away from the Malecon.
