The hotel was great! Well located, near the city center. The room and bathroom were clean. The employees were really nice and polite. We arrived earlier and even got an early check-in! Thanks once again!!

Simon in the front office was amazing! The location could not be beat! Right by everything you need, transportation, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and close enough to walk to everything!! Would absolutely recommend!

The location, the room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable. Unable to make tea/coffee in the room let alone anything else.

The location is great, near everything. Room was clean but furniture was all damaged and old. Staff of hotel was awful, rude and we were waiting 10 minutes to someone show up. The guy on the recepcion was so rude and non bothered for us. He looked like he was on drugs or something. Early in the morning cca 6am there was loud banging outside in the hall for two hours. We couldnt sleep because of the loud noises and voices. I wolud not recomend staying at this hotel

The location is great, only a short walk from the city centre and the staff are incredibly friendly. They even went to the effort of suggesting multiple nearby food stops after I arrived (technically) too late for check-in thanks to a delayed train and reception was clearly closing up.

Location Quick check in Breakfast Room facilities were fairly new and all worked fine.

The bed's mattress was way too soft. Would have preferred a harder one also for longevity with the many people sleeping in the bed. For one night it's ok not more.

The family suite was very accommodating. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The rooms were clean and maintained each day.

The area outside was a little busy when we first got there. It seemed a little sketchy. After the first day it didn’t seem so bad. The train station is just a few blocks away and was a very easy walk. We did day trips each day by train so this was great for us.

The stunning room was clean, tidy and there were towels and set of courtesy; therefore is impossible to have complaints on this accomodation as well as for the delicious breakfast. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff who welcomed us and their attention to the customer's needs. We also parked there, thus everything was perfect! I will definitely come back if in München or surrounding cities again.

The bathroom smelled like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time. i had sign a paper not to smoke in the Hotel ( i am a non-smoker) but the corridor smelled like cigarette smoke.

i dont really understand why clients gave them a low ratings? base to my experienced everything i s fine from clean room , bed sheets and silent. the staffs are BRAVISSIMI!
