the restaurant could be improved

Everything was amazing. Quiet location, the hotel room and pool area, the excellent service provided by all the staff - from free pick up and drop off service to very helpful reception, extremely clean rooms and breakfast, dinner and pool area service. Breakfast was excellent and catered for people with different dietary requirements and dinner service at the hotel restaurant was of very high quality. Waiters are very hardworking and knowledgeable on the food and wine of the region.

We expected something impersonal, but it was quite the opposite. This was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The people working there create a charming atmosphere and we felt at home quickly. Especially the person leading the restaurant is outstandingly friendly and makes for the best service.

A very nice hotel on the island with an outside pool with a view of the volcano. We got a free room upgrade and stayed in a separate building close to the swimming pool. The room was very comfortable, except for the mosquitos that were coming to visit us. So I would suggest adding some kind of appliance (like raid maybe) to the rooms.

restaurant staff the waiter was rude. no shelter for the pool, we asked if we could have a parasol by the pool as we were the only people at the pool and were rudely told NO

Very polite and friendly staff. They will really help you, give you tips, make calls to help you organize smt and answer any questions. In this hotel you feel that you are really welcome. Shuttle service from the port and back at your convenience. Great food in the restaurant. Very nice pool and the surrounding area and you can stay there all day after check out. Highly recommended.

We loved it! Best sleep on our travel. First time I can rate a 10 :-) The hosts are super nice!

Style of the room is amazing and the view pool/volcano is spectacular. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Pick-up/ drop-off service made our arrival and departure more comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty (both sweet and salty options) as well as dinner. Thanks a lot for made our stay so cozy!

Double bed was made from 2 single ones and in this way it was not so comfortable.

For my opinion, localisation is quite too far from center and restaurants. Ambiance is very adapted to family
