It’s a good location with everything I needed. The staff was accommodating.

location is good, around there are lots of food places it is possible to self-checkin in the night stuff is very helpful

Once you get there from the train station (a trek with a bag) you’ll find that this hotel is in an amazing location - heart of old town and really quick walk to the port esplanade with the aquarium, maritime museum and restaurants etc. the air conditioning was a life saver because it was extremely hot during my stay in Genova. Staff were lovely and helped me carry my bags up the stairs twice.

It was a hard walk in a heatwave to get there with my heavy luggage and the metro that’s closer to it was closed for construction. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfasts continue because they were overpriced and the coffee wasn’t nice (plus they used disposable cups/pods). There are plenty of cafes nearby (including downstairs) for pastries/coffee and if you look hard enough you’ll find a rare cafe/restaurant serving more substantial food that’s open before 1pm … Good luck!

Good location, 10 minutes from train station, like 2 minutes from Port. Restaurants, bakery, mini markets all around.

No sunlight in my room. I was slowly losing my will to live, really depressing. Next - if you sit on the toilet, your head is in sink, you can **** and brush your teeth at the same time! Also everytime I wanted to take shower, I called my friend engineer to make technical sketch how to achieve to get in there. Every morning, when i get out of the hotel, there was smell of piss in the street. Not a quiet place, there is always noise around, even during the night. Enjoy!

Good location, very clean and friendly stuff

I doubt you can beat the price for location, it's close to everything, plus the street you are on has anything you might need. The sheets and towels were clean every single day and everything in the room worked. The staff was kind and caring.

The only problem: it was cold. The heating is off at night to save energy which I understand. The issue is, like most tourists, we were in the room only at night. The entire day there is heating available but there is no need for it, and at night when you need to use the bathroom you are stepping on cold tiles. This really hampered our comfort. This was the only bad thing I can say about it though. If you go during a warmer time, or are not phased by a little cold, it should be perfect. And even I would probably choose this location again.

Close to train station and harbour. Comfortable bed and decent shower.

Our room had a window overlooking the street and was extremely noisy from the street below. The bathroom made strange noises throughout the night. No coffee/tea or cups in the room, just a kettle.

The room is very large and the reception service is great. The location is perfect for travelers, very close to the Aquarium.

The hot water comes a little slow.

right in the middle of the city. got a taxi to the hotel from the airport . right to the front door . The staff are so welcoming.

The hotel is well located in a very quite area. The beds were really comfy and the room has been clean. But what I appreciated most was the friendly staff!

Our room was a bit dark, which was not very inviting. But at least, it was very quiet during the night and we could sleep well.

it is center of the historical places. staff is friendly.

if i had a chance again, i would not choose external bath. not convenience after having shower. since the place in the middle of historical places be aware of not coming to hotel too late or using narrow alleys.

Fantastic location; restaurants and shops nearby, and the main tourist destinations within 20 minutes walking distance. Air conditioning worked fantastically, with a cute window bay.

The room initially had a strong smell of bleach on arrival but was gone once the windows were left open to air out. There was also very dim lighting which made the room feel much smaller than it was.
