Z powodu lokalizacji w samym centrum niestety hałas w porze nocnej a gdy już nocne hałasy umilkły to od 6 rano dostawy towarów do sklepów Sam nie wiem które gorsze

Lokalizacja jest idealna w samym centrum.

Pokoje brudne, naczynia niepozmywane, wyposażenie kuchni nie jest takie jak w opisie, materace i sofy nie były czyszczone chyba nigdy.

Excellent location in the heart of Old City. Spacious .

Wasn’t well cleaned. Stains on the Bed linen. Stains on the walls. Worn out towels.

Old double bed ( metal bed ) with noise A problem in the shower( lack of water discharge ) Needs some maintenance… Otherwise everything was good

El personal, la falta de papel higiénico, tampoco había gel de ducha, las toallas eran malas y la limpieza regular.

Gute Lage nahe Stadtzentrum. Sehr groß und geräumig. Gute Betten.

Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Es war kalt. Unterkunft ist nicht an der Adresse wie auf booking beschrieben, sondern weiter außerhalb.

No hay cafetera en ninguno de los apart florianska que hemos usado en nuestro viaje, no puedo entenderlo. Tú cuando haces la reserva nunca sabes que apartamento te van a dar, por q esta empresa tiene repartido los apartamentos por todo l centro y los tienen de diferentes categorías. Es una lotería. Estuvimos sin calefacción

It wasn’t where it was supposed to be. It was smelly and access was poorly lit and quite dangerous. Thankfully we were only 2 people, but the bed for the other 2 people it was supposed to be able to accommodate was up on the kitchen counter and then up a ladder on the wall to a mezzanine above the kitchen. The mattress was filthy and it either didn’t have a mattress protector or it didn’t have a bottom sheet! Paid for breakfast brought to the room each morning and basic to say the least.

Location is good. 2 bedrooms and seperate kitchen

Needs maintenance(painting, dirty old couch). Could do with some interior design upgrade. Lot of noise from people sorting garbage before 7:00 in the morning

The location and the view were amazing!! loved the size of the apartment, and that it had a fan!! it was very needed at night. the beds were comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean.

The shower was ridiculous small. my least favourite were the curtains!! they were a serious mistake - covered half of each window!! there was not even one tea towel in the kitchen, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. I didn't like the lift, but it did work, so that was helpful.

Around the square was magnificent easy walking distance to bus and train station

I liked the location - almost all the sights of the old city are within walking distance. The room is clean, it was quiet during the week. Good sound insulation.

For those who care what floor the room is on - there was no information about the 4th floor.

Location is the best thing that you will get since you will be somewhere in the old town. Apartment management has apartments in various locations, so make sure on which street you were going to stay, if it is significant for you. Rooms are spacious.

I stayed for 10 days and there was no service. There is no shampoo, no shower gel. Bed was not very comfortable, sloppy. Pillows are random, furniture quality is very low.

Location is great, quite clean and spacy rooms. Equipped kitchen and very good breakfast.

The staff were not friendly nor very useful when planning trip around Krakow.

Good staff, helped us bringing the luggages to the second floor and instructing how to buy the tour. (no elevator here due to the old town construction). Furniture is old but good enough to use. Kitchen wares are basic. Location is the best, reaching all kinds of f&b, super market, sightseeings within walking distance, also close to the train and bus main station.

Not knowing about renting bicycle service. Washing service not including drying. You have a rack to hang on inside the apt. Not giving enough spices to cook (salt only). Soundproof is not good. You can easily hear the sound of your neighbors laughing and partying.

Couldn’t get any better location for stay in Krakow. The apartment is in the heart of the old town and included everything we needed for our stay. Plus points for comfortable bed and dog friendliness. I can for sure recommend!

Before arrival i sent messages with questions about parking details, but never got any reply. That made arrival moment quite unpleasant. At least when arrived to the reception the guys were really friendly and helpful and turned the experience around.

Amazing location. Spacious and the staff let us change one.of the apartments due to the stairs being too much for another couple with us. They was very quick in replying to our messages also.

The steps (we was on the top floor) I wouldn't book the breakfast again either. The windows aren't suitable for the noise outside. The Bin men was our new 7am alarm clock.

the location is really good, the bed is comfortable. the room and the bathroom is big and comfortable

The smell of the room seems that it was closed for a long time and the bed had little bit dust. we arrived at midnight and I haven’t received any information how to enter in the apartment in advance, they sent me after I sent a message to them but when they replied I didn’t have internet and I stayed locked outside until some hostage open the door my recommendation is to send this information 1 or 2 days in advance
