Very attentive staff, nice suite, decent entertainment for kids and adults

The buffet style meals in the main dining room weren’t of the best quality especially the hot food. The food in the poolside restaurant was especially poor.

My family enjoyed the pool, football pitch, and meals/buffet. Also, convenience of beach, shops and cafes. Staff was helpful and friendly; arranged tour which picked up directly in front of hotel.

Lack of hygiene of fellow guests, especially young children, serving themselves at the buffet.

Great ease of access for 80+ Yr old on ground floor. Reception staff particularly helpful.

Being alone l found the staff cleared away my breakfast, even on one occasion removed my jacket from back of chair! whilst l collected a fresh coffee, this happened on 3 different days!!!

Pleasant surroundings. Comfortable room. Good food.

lovely complex, we had stunning sea and pool views however rooms are dated and need update amazing breakfast and dinner but not the arrangement of the tables, it was very noisy and busy all the time

unfortunatly it wasnt a place for us; i read its family friendly and not adults only however i was not expecting to be put in kindergarten and this place is very kids focused and it feels like you are working at school; i went with my bf for his 40s bday to celebrate it in a romantic way; the place is lovely, pool area, views form the room etc; we got half board and food was fab however the restaurant area was super noisy and not well planned, you have kids, babies everyhwere and it was not giving us any restful vibe. the restaurant has 3 areas and we believe they could plan it better so one room is for example adults only so we dont need to seat next to a grumpy child or babies that just got sick which happened next table and it really ruined the dinner aftosphere. for beakfast i wouldnt mind so much but for dinner when you want to have a romantic meal it was really impossible there; we dont find this place good for a romantic getaway for couple but for sure its amaizng for families with kids; we also think rooms are very dated, bathroom didnt have any window and not either any air circulation, was really stuffy there

The room, very clean and comfortable. The entertainment was amazing. The pool bar food and staff was great.

All inclusive food, most of the food was overcooked and not much variety for children, especially at Christmas gala dinner, which we were very disappointed with.
