One Of A Kind! Luxury Peninsula Lakefront House In Emerald Lakes, PA
Rodéate de naturaleza. Nuestra nueva casa de lujo está ubicada en la comunidad privada de Emerald Lakes, con piscinas, lagos y playas. Nuestra casa está bellamente decorada con un tema rústico para que realmente sea su hogar lejos del hogar. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, sistema de filtración de agua por ósmosis inversa y electrodomésticos nuevos. Un hermoso comedor con estufa de barriga, sala de estar con chimenea de propano te espera. Hay cinco habitaciones, una con una cama King, dos habitaciones con camas Queen, una habitación para niños con 2 literas dobles (4 camas) y una habitación en la planta baja con una litera con una cama doble y una individual. Tres baños completos con bañera y duchas. En el sótano recientemente renovado, hay una lavadora y secadora, una nueva mesa de billar, ping pong y mesas de futbolín. El sótano tiene una gran sala de televisión con reproductor de DVD y antena de TV. Dos porches envolventes que ofrecen hermosas vistas panorámicas rodean la propiedad de la península de un acre y medio.

We had a 5-night family get-together for six of us, all active seniors, age 60+. The house was perfect for what we needed - a lovely property on the lake, neat and clean, with everything we needed. The location is within reasonable driving distance of parks and scenic hiking trails in the Poconos for daytime activities. The owner was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had.

Home has 4 huge bedrooms on the second floor and a den with bunk beds on the first floor.

This was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at yet. Every window had a magnificent view of the lake. My family enjoyed the game room and kayaks, fire pit…. I could keep going. This house was packed with so much to do…we were never bored…LOVE IT! We loved it so much we booked for next year! Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful home! The house, location, amenities were all outstanding! It is evident the owners take tremendous pride in their home. We are glad that they are gracious enough to offer it as a rental. The house is nice situated. You could see the lake from all the windows which was very relaxing and pleasant. Unfortunately the weather was very bad rained majority of the time, but we still had fun with all the games in the basement and the movies. We enjoyed a drink in the leaving room around the fireplace and overall was a very relaxing weekend.

This place is the perfect getaway for the family. We stayed there with 8 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room. Being on our own lake peninsula gave you all the privacy you needed. There were views of the water in all directions. Close to ski resorts and mount pocono. It’s a shame it was so cold, bc we could take the paddle boats out. We will definitely be coming back.

I went to the house with three other couples to enjoy a weekend away in the mountains. The house did not disappoint! The property manager was amazing, very easy to communicate with, and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. The rooms were huge, clean and the view of the lake from each bedroom was amazing. Having the finished basement with a TV, fooseball, pool table and ping pong table was a godsend for our rainy day. The liquor stores, grocery stores, restaurants and ski mountain were minutes away.
We will definitely be staying here again.

This house was absolutely incredible. Large enough for 3 families! We all enjoyed the games in the basement! The house is literally right on the lake and that was amazing, paddle boats and kayaks for your use, it was beautiful! Deer every morning! The house is in a great location to restaurants and supermarkets. 15 minutes to the casino if you are into that. We did a hike near camelback which was amazing, such great views. The house literally feels like home and was very clean! For those of you that believe in it, this house has good vibes. We felt comfortable our entire stay! Will 100% be looking to book this house again soon!

We had an awesome time at this house. It's a beautiful home on the pond (surrounded by water on 3 sides). We enjoyed kayaking in the afternoon. It was so peaceful and quiet. The house was spacious and having 3 bathrooms was nice. The game room/basement was great for at night. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen has all the essentials. We had a great time on the property the entire time we were there. The backyard and lake are just as stunning as in the photos. We never ran out of good times, between the kayaks, fire pit, ping pong & pool tables there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied. We were a group of 10 and all slept comfortably every night. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, have privacy or have fun together kayaking, watching movies, playing games, etc. The home has all the modern amenities, but very cozy and decorated beautifully.
