Location was great although parking was hard to fine nearby and recommended parking took 8-10 min walk.

The bathroom was tired and the base of the shower was really dirty. The light bulbs had blown so we asked to be replaced so we weren’t sitting in semi darkness and were told that they were going to have to buy some. We waited then gave up. For the duration of our two day stay we ate and had semi darkness in the living area. The tv couldn’t get normal tv. The photos made it look much bigger than it was.

I was there for a Symposium, and although the staff tried to be helpful they didn’t appear to know much about the city and couldn’t give directions, the map provided was not very helpful

There was severe mould growth and dampness in the rooms we had. One was much worse than the other. We were given a 50% refund for this however. Crumbs and mess on ground by the elevators was there when we arrived and still there when we left two days later. Wifi didn't work in one of the rooms.

Staff exceptionally helpful and did his very best to accommodate all our needs.

All was pretty good.

The location and the price was amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The guy on reception (I think he was the manager) was so friendly and helpful.

It wasn't overly clean, there was hair left in the shower when we got there and we had to clean the plates and glasses before using them. But for the price we paid based on the location I have recommended it to others.

Handy location near the centre of Auckland. Comfortable and spacious room. On a surprisingly quiet street. Parking included in the price, which was very good.

photo frame was in the wrong place behind tv what idiot puts a photo frame behind a tv rubbish bin was to small room being to high had me scared couldn’t sleep at night . hope you guys can work on this other than that really good stay

Central location close to the university

No air conditioning, small windows opening only 10cm each. Extremely hot and no way to cool the room down. Would only stay here again in winter.

Room was nice with comfy beds and extra lounge area.

Check in was rough. Room key didn't work twice so had to keep going down to reception. Otherwise nice stay. Not quite worth the price however
