I always stay at this place and like it: it is clean, easy check-in and check-out. Located close to Munich Messe.

You have to be ready that the heating system is off. This what I had at night during last stay. It was freezing and blanket didn’t help. No additional blanket were found.

It’s very clean,comfortable, safe and close to the station. For me it was like a shared airbnb. Equipped kitchen, good space! BIG BIG thanks to the housekeeper, she was amazing, so polite and so sweet and she does an amazing job! Everything was very clean and very organized. I would totally stay at the place again and I 100% recommend it.

The communication with the person who was replying my messages in the booking app was not so effective. I was trying to solve a simple thing for checkin a bit earlier and I had a hard time for nothing. In the end I could check in earlier which was great!

Not at all a far walk from the Ubahn station. Comfy beds!

There was no breakfast, but I knew that before booking it. Great place! I was very happy to live there. Everything was very modern and clean. If you are visiting Messe Munich and you are not breakfast orientated, I recommend it 100%.

It be great to have "Not to disturb" card in the room. Everything else surpassed my expectations.

Very clean and comfortable room. The kitchen is right in the centre of your floor and had great facilities. Everything was modern and looked great. East walk to local metro. Would recommend.
