We were only one night so we’re in a 1st floor room with no view etc. however it was comfortable and sufficient. The breakfast was also sufficient. The view on the rooftop was amazing so take your camera up with you

Everything was superb, the room was a suite! With balcony and view across the bay, beautiful. Staff were so helpful and organised transport for us to Gallipoli as transport system is somewhat unreliable in the srea of Otranto. The breakfast was on the roof terrace with a wonderful selection. We couldnt recommend this Hotel highly enough. 5 stars.

breakfast offers limited varieties, and if you go for breakfast late, food (egg, fruit, etc.) that has been consumed are no longer provided. our room is at the second floor, under the canteen, the noise from the canteen can be heard clearly start from early morning. the room is big but a bit empty because of fewer furniture, and feels chilly during sleep. the season we visit is almost off, many shops and restaurants have been closed. in the 2nd evening during our stay, fire alarmed, although it's false alarm, no explanation is actively provided to the guests.

Amazing location close to the port and all the great restaurants and activities. Helped us to park right next to the hotel. Room was very big, and the hotel overall felt very good.

The Breakfast Room and the Location of the hotel are excellent! You cannot tell from the map, but the location is perfect for exploring the castle and dinners in the evening! The morning desk clerk, while not helpful was very kind. The older lady who was in the lobby assisting was very kind and accommodating! The breakfast host was excellent!

The website description for the room is not accurate and should be addressed. I picked this specific hotel and specific room type based on the number of people and the pictures showing the room. Specifically, the bathroom was nicer and the beds were separated by a small stair and separate raised area. We were traveling with 2 older children and I wanted/needed the separation. Instead we were given 1 room with a large bed and 2 twins right next to our bed. It was like sleeping in a hostel. In addition, the bathroom was run down and not the modern bathroom shown in the picture. I felt like we were hoodwinked. I pulled out my original booking information, to double check that I was not incorrect in my assumptions, and I was not. The room type description and the pictures were the exact opposite of the room we received. I then went to the front desk to try to rectify the issue. I was told, the room I had was a room for us and the room in the picture was only for 3 people, not four people, although the system clearly showed I booked the room for 4 people and the pictures I showed her in my confirmation were not the same as the room she gave me. . The desk clerk was not helpful. So, I gave up! Then, it got worse......the Air Conditioning unit did not work. I called down to see if we could get it fixed, but no one answered. We stopped by the desk on the way to dinner, but no one was at the desk. We gave up! We opened the window and slept with the window open until about midnight before the fireworks went over (normal in Italy) , but it was followed by a rainstorm and we could not keep our window open.Then the shower was broken. The shower wand was not able to stay in the cradle of the shower pole, so we had to hold the wand to take a shower. Upon check out, I brought up the issue of the Air Conditioning. The person at the desk in the morning was surprised we needed air conditioning and told us that most people were using heat - irrelevant - the units are individual.

Location within short walking distance to old town. Easy to reach by car. Big spacious room.

Paid street parking is possible, but availability is limited. Big car park is fairly close by - 5 minute walk.

Everything was really good. Personnel is very helpful. First they met us near entrance and explained where we could park our car. Also they took care about permission for car to enter Old Town. Then showed us the room, explained everything. Breakfast was really good with variety of food (Italian breakfast with different croissants and other bakery, also cheese, prosciutto, fruits etc). View from restaurant terrace was amazing, both to old town and beautiful sea. Location is perfect, you're in the old town already, it takes 5 min walking to get to the beach and historical part.
