Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely homey atmosphere. Breakfast room was lovely including lovely crockery used. Loved having the sideboard in the communal area to access tea/coffee. Room was quite spacious and had been renovated recently making it very fresh and comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

perfect place to stay, right next to the town but only a short walk to INEC. Room was spacious and very clean, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff, cannot fault the Ardree House on anything, will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay at Ardree House B&B… great value for money, excellent location in Killarney near Killarney National Park and the town. Walking distance from the town … even in heels ! Rooms were spacious and had nice lighting. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. Lovely make up mirrors and full length mirrors in room for getting ready for going out etc. Would highly recommend this stay.
No breakfast on site but there’s plenty of nice options in Killarney town.

The manager was very friendly and the place was so clean. The vibe in the lobby is of a comfortable lounge style house (visiting your grandmother type of charm) then you get to the bedrooms and they’re modern style hotel rooms. Excellent and how a B&B should be!
Creaky stairs at night. Terrified we were waking people up. Literally the only thing and understandable that these things can’t really be fixed.
