The room was nice and spacious enough and it had a tub. They provided a free shuttle to the Narita Airport but you have to book in advance.

The location is quite a walk from everything else. There aren't a lot of restaurants and if you have big luggage, it's s better to take a cab from the station. The "double" bed is two twin beds put together, so it was uncomfortable for three people.

The location is good. But the room is a bit small.

The property is a short walk from the train station, < 10 minutes. Facility is clean. Staff is very accommodating, speaks English and gives clear direction. Free shuttle bus to the airport is also a plus.

I booked a non-smoking room, but can still smell smoke in the room. Luckily the room has an air purifier to help get rid of the smoke odor.

The room for our group of four people was spacious and comfortable. There were many convenience stores and local restaurants in the area. Very close to the train station and easy to reach the airport early in the morning (or you can use their shuttle service)

No problem with the room, but the airport shuttle service hours was not early enough for us.

The bathroom and bedroom carpet looked a bit old and a bit grimy. It’s time to replace the carpets and give a good scrub to the bathroom

Good location where near Narita station, so it's a really good choice for a short-term stay near Narita airport the hotel also provides free bus transportation to Narita airport.

The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, even informed and asked if a shuttle to airport was required. The room is of decent size and location great if you are departing from Narita airport. It's about 12-15 mins train ride from the hotel to airport. There are several Lawson stores around the hotel as well.

Stay was the night before a flight home. Hotel was great location to access train from Tokyo and Narita Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to explore Narita for the day.

The bed was very hard. Room was very quiet.

Location is very convenient and staffs arr very accommodating and helpful.

Rooms are a little bit small and they don't the beds nor clean the room and they just leave towels instead.

Shuttle is really convenient going to Narita Airport. Would be better if they expand the time available. The hotel is also just few minutes walk from Keisei Narita, so it is easy to locate it.

The place is great but would be better if they update some amenities in the room.

Staff were super friendly. They went out of their way to help us. The Japanese style breakfast was huge and delicious and the staff greeted us like family every one of the five mornings we were booked. The room was spotless. It was nice to have vending and ice machines available. We had lunch in their "Stella" restaurant - fabulous!!! Pasta with bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce - THEN topped with shaved truffles. Soup, salad and dessert included at a very reasonable price. We will certainly stay there again.
