I loved the price and the location. The customer service was awesome. The staff member that helped us was very attentive, even with the language barrier.

I hate how paper thin the walls are. I could hear alarms going off, couples talking, babies crying… I did notice that they have earplugs at the front desk,now I know why.

Service was incredible. We had an issue, that the train was very delayed and we arrived after reception hours. We were able to contact the host and they waited for us. We even were offered snacks and drinks. The room had everything we needed. Thank you.

The room is not big but very clean. There are free coffee, bread, yogurt, and drinks in the lobby. There is a 7-11 within walking distance, and there are many delicious local restaurants on the nearby streets. What I like most is that the service staff are very kind.

Maybe the room was a little small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids).

Easy to get to and liked the inclusion of a table and fridge. Shower was very good and clean.

The walls were so thin in the rooms that I was kept awake most of the night by the baby crying and toddler running around next door. Didn’t realise the dormitory meant that we also had to share space with any host of other guests. Also the door was never locked and that might’ve included the night which made me wary of leaving my luggage and valuables.

Very clean room and high speed internet, recomended for traveling for work

The good service hotel provided .

Easy to walk to from the station but the owner very kindly gave us a lift back the next morning and also gave us some free drinks and snacks! It was also really handy to have bottles of water and snacks left for us in the bedroom as well as essentials like toothbrushes, razors and cotton buds. We had a small but well equipped private bathroom with shower gel and shampoo. There was a TV in the room and wifi. Everything was spotless.

Not much space once we’d put the third bed down but as a twin room would have been fine.

I liked how helpful and friendly the staff were, they were flexible with dropping bags off early and helping me get to the airport!

When I saw pictures of a bath/ onsen in the photo I thought that meant it was on the property which is a big part of why I chose Karin Doo, It took about an hour by walking and bus to get to Yurakujo Onsen which was amazing! ( or 10 minutes by taxi which cost me ¥2,200 I also chose Karin Doo because I wanted to sleep on tatami and futon. I think maybe Karin Doo should be a bit more clear that the bath house is not on the same property! Other than that it was a lovely stay!

Cozy and clean

Location wise, i had to take taxi to and from hotel to get to nearest train station which was narita station. Taxi around 600 - 1100 yen

Its a good little place to stay in Narita if you have a flight in the airport. It takes you around 20 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. With a lot of bags, it can be uncomfortable, but you can pay a taxi. From the hotel to the airport or train station that takes you to the airport, the personnel from the hotel can call you a taxi. The people working at the hotel are super nice. It is basically a humble place with good service, clean and cheap.
